We are located 100 yards from the newly renovated Charleston City Market dating back to 1804. The Market area offers an abundance of shopping and nationally acclaimed restaurants that will prove to be a culinary delight. This newly updated unit affords easy walking or a simple rickshaw ride to top attractions such as the Gibbes Museum, The Market, The South Carolina Aquarium, The Waterfront Park, The Battery and a whole host of other attractions. Beautiful place! Clean and supplied all your needs you could want....and more like magnified mirror for make-up, box fan to help me sleep!! Place was very clean will definitely book this place again and suggest to friends and family! The Mexican restaurant downstairs was a big plus!!

Meeting street suites are located in the heart of the downtown area, walkable to everything. The only downside was the elevator. Overalll it was great.

Street noise could be an issue but close the bedroom doors and it’s quiet to sleep. Host very helpful!Could probably buy new drapes as the lining is damaged by the sun exposure. Large windows to watch the world go by!

Cute apartment with great location!

We were in town for business and pleasure and loved this little apartment. It’s only one bedroom but the living space is sizable enough for two people to be comfortable and have personal space. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and very convenient to restaurants, King Street and City Market.The only cons—parking is expensive and while the garage is just behind the building, loading and unloading can be difficult if you don’t get a spot nearby on the first floor. Also, trash from the restaurant below was loaded up on the street right in front of the elevator entrance, which made entering and exiting unpleasant in the days leading up to trash day.Overall, the place itself is lovely!

Perfect Spot

It’s a wonderful property. It’s walking distance to everything and has a great feel. It’s nice to have more space than a hotel room. It’s bright and open . The manager Matthew was very easy to communicate with and very accomadating. We would stay there again next time we are in Charleston!

My husband and I had the absolute best trip ever! Location, clean, how wonderful Matt was and beyonf helpful! The shower pressure was pretty amazing lol! This is the first experience of NOT having a massive list prior to check out! Will definitely be back!

Perfect Place

If you want a super cool place to stay where you can park your car and walk all over Charleston, this is it. Super cool place, very well appointed. It is right in the middle of all the shopping, bars and restaurants. I was a little concerned that with the restaurant on the 1st floor and being right on Meeting Street that it would be too loud, but it definitely was not. I would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic stay experience

I stayed for 2 weeks and absolutely loved this unit. Location, layout, and owner support are all next level. It’s a beautiful, light-filled spot and even with construction building out the restaurant on the first floor, felt quiet and private in the middle of everything. Top choice when I come back.

Loved it!! Really great place to stay. The location is fantastic!!! The apartment is Wonderful, clean and comfortable.Amazing jacuzzi tub and water pressure.Bed was super comfy and bed room nice and quiet! Cant wait to be back for another stay it was truly fantastic!If i had any suggestions or recommendations it would be nice to have a had few waters in the fride and better selection of coffee (1) for late arriving, early morning guests who aren't yet farmiliar with the area and what may or may not be open but that's it lol Thanks again Happy New Year

Ultimate Charleston Property

We stayed in the Soho Suite and it was probably our favorite VRBO rental to date. The three giant living room windows let in so much natural light and were great for people watching. The couch was super comfy and the whole unit was immaculately clean. The location made walking anywhere easy since we were right smack in the middle of everything. Matt was great and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and places to go, as well as clear instructions for accessing the unit. Next time we come to Charleston, we know where we’ll be staying :)

I highly recommend staying here! The location is second only to the communication and professionalism of Matthew Quinn. He sent extremely detailed instructions and went above and beyond answering all my questions. The location is perfect to walk to shopping, eating, and historical areas. The suite was extremely clean and well kept. It had a fantastic view of the downtown area.

Perfect space and location

Perfect in every way! They do have a coffee machine and coffee/creamer/sugar but that's it so make sure to grab some water/drinks before you go to bed the first night. Everything was comfortable! Thank you!
