Four sisters stayed for one night. The two bedrooms with two kings and two bathrooms was perfect. Onsite parking was very convenient, as well as the location on King Street. We were able to walk everywhere, including meeting up for a walking tour of the old gated city. We did drive and park next to the Charleston market and walked thru the market and down to the waterfront.

Extremely clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice linens. Not much in the way of natural light or decor, but we liked the place. Parking was difficult with sharing it with a nearby church that was being used as an early voting station. Normally I think it wouldn’t have been a problem.

A very clean, nice, well kept place to stay! Excellent location! Would stay here again. There are at least 3 different codes you need to use. They each arrive at different times and some in VRBO, some on text and it’s a pain to have to backtrack and locate them! I suggest to take a photo of each communication that gives you a code so you can reference when you need them. Once I knew the codes and process it was no issue and the communication and help from the owner was excellent and prompt! Definitely recommend to anybody who wants a nice, convenient, comfortable place to stay!!!

Very nice place to stay, easy access to the French quarter by uber or you can walk and take in the sights. Local tours were fun and informative. The food was great with very friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Getting to know the history of this city was an enjoyable experience.

First stay in Charleston and the location could not have been more perfect - in the heart of King St to do first trip look around with easy walking access to shops/restaurants. The access to parking was a true bonus. Place is as depicted but it was great to have full kitchen esp full size refrigerator. Bed was super comfortable and it was nice to also have substantial pillows of differing thickness to choose from. Easy communications with host and team. We would definitely stay here again and we would go to Darling Oyster again and again as well as Island Provision for morning coffee etc.

The place is spacious. The furniture is worn and not comfortable but the beds were comfortable. There is only one window in the whole place so natural light was very sparse. It’s very convenient being on King St. The communication before during and after was excellent. If we needed anything, I felt like there was good customer service.

We had an issue with the roof leaking into one of the bathrooms and it was not their fault because you can’t really do anything about nature because it rained heavily, but that was not the first time that issue would happen apparently

Great Stay

Spent four nights visiting Charleston with my niece. This was a great location and a well maintained property. The manager addressed any questions quickly and thoroughly. We would stay here again.

Loved this apartment so much. Super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect as you walk right down to King street to where everything was. It was safe enough to let my teenage kids go and come as they please without us going with them. They loved that freedom. The communication was excellent. If we had a question, it was answered very quickly. Would definitely stay here again and have sent the link to many friends.
