The Space: Our spacious 3rd floor condo, ‘The Marquee Suite B’, is ideal for groups of 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located directly on famous and historic King Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up (exterior) stairs, The Marquee Suite B features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Living room with high vaulted ceilings, beautiful exposed wood beams and original brick walls features seating and a sleeper sofa. Master Suite features a plush King Size bed with luxurious linens and complete with a full ensuite bath. The two guest bedrooms are located up the stairs on the main level (3rd floor in building), with a full bathroom just off of the main living room and bedroom hall. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat screen TV and Queen sized bed. Our living room features a pullout sofa. Please inquire with the team if you would like for us to drop off a second set of linens for the sleeper sofa. A conveniently equipped kitchenette with basic kitchenware is also located on this main level.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have exclusive access to the third floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

You can pull your car off the street and into a parking spot behind the building, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

Adorable Charleston Apartment
The apartment was beautiful. the rooms were a nice size. loved the brick accent walls and historice qualities of the whole apartment. We didn't need any cooking facilities so the lack of stove didn't bother us. the apt is right on King St and near everything including a great breakfast place up market st. the only caution I would give is it is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator so if you have difficulty with stairs it is not for you,

Great location in historic Charleston for family or group
Fabulous location right off King St. as a home base for doing the historic Charleston stuff: walk around and see the old neighborhoods and churches, maybe with a carriage ride; take the ferry out to Fort Sumter; visit the aquarium; walk the seawall; and fill in any extra time with shopping and eating seafood. The spacious apartment has three good-sized bedrooms, two baths, and a living room area. Great space for our group of six. Small but well-equipped kitchenette. There's a reserved parking spot behind the building, but you are likely to just leave your car there, because walking around is so easy. One mild warning: You do need to climb a couple of flights of steps to enter or exit the property. Not a problem for anyone in our group, but just so you know.

Excellent location!
We rented this property as a group of 4 on a girls trip. We did not need to rent a car because the location was phenomenal to walk to shopping, restaurants, and tour meeting spots. The Uber from the airport was about 25 minutes and $30ish-super easy. The property was easy to access and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We didn’t need a full kitchen for this trip, but just be sure that’s your situation too before you book! Also there is a target 2 storefronts down for convenience!
