Outstanding Stay!

A group of girlfriends visited the Guesthouse and had the BEST time! Kerri was incredibly flexible and helpful in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She provided great restaurant recommendations, allowed us to store our luggage in the office since we arrived earlier than checkin, and was communicative and responsive our entire stay. The property itself was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. We had all the amenities we needed and more. We will definitely be returning in the future!

This was an ideal spot for our group of 7 to stay! Plenty of space, great location downtown, and management was very responsive!!! Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in town.

Cute Condo in a Great Location!

My friends and I came down for a girls trip in early April. We were happy to have our own rooms and bathrooms and share the common area. The location of this place is excellent and walkable to almost everything. We really enjoyed having BTW across the street to grab some food and drinks and we also really enjoyed Island provisions for breakfast. The outdoor area was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a drink and some cheese and crackers!It was nice to have a parking spot and all of our communication with the property manager was quick and helpful!Our only complaint was the construction that they are doing that starts at 7:30 in the morning with persistent loud pounding for the entire day. This is obviously nothing. The owner could have changed. One other suggestion is to put ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It was a little warm at night and the air circulation wasn’t great into the bedrooms.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have space to spread out and be in a optimal location to explore Charleston!

Great Place for Girls Weekend

Great location, beautifully decorated historic home!

This was the perfect place to stay for 3 couples! Each room had a king bed and it's own bathroom. The location was fantastic, right off King Street. It didn't get noisy at night, and was very walkable to so many restaurants, bars, and shops. Not to mention, the decor is fabulous! Would highly recommend.

Great property and location.

The place is very nice and has a lovely outdoor space. The location is wonderful. It perfectly suited our group of 6 women on a girl's weekend and we would definitely stary here again. While parking is limited, we were able to park an extra car down the street.

This was the perfect place to stay! We had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect- close enough to King Street to walk but not too close to where we were disturbed with the noise. Really enjoyed our stay and will for sure book again here! Thank You!!!

Perfect Spot for a Girls Trip

Had an amazing visit to Charleston with a group of girlfriends. This guesthouse was perfect in every way. Spotless, spacious, comfortable, and an excellent location. Major plus to have all king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. We could walk to just about anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again!

Condo close to King St

The property was super clean. It was nice being walking distance to King st. The beds were extremely comfortable. Rain showers were fabulous. Will be staying again. Great location for a girls trip!

Fantastic property in Charleston

This property in Charleston was absolutely perfect for our girls trip weekend. The location could not have been better, and the property managers are friendly, extremely helpful, quick to respond, and checked in via text a few times to ensure that our group had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the porch located off the top bedroom was a great addition. Highly recommend and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice apartment in good neighborhood

The apartment was clean and well appointed. We found it perfect for our group which consisted of 2 couples. It was a nice "home-base" for daily adventures in Charleston. There was a convenience store nearby and several places to get coffee or a drink and a short drive to downtown Charleston. The beds were comfy and the patio off the upstairs bedroom was a plus!
