Discover Charleston charm with a modern touch at Azaleas on Spring – Suite A! This stylish retreat offers a spacious layout and a welcoming front porch, just 2 blocks from King Street—perfect for exploring the city's best dining, shopping, and nightlife.



** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C - each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and the front porch. The entrance to the house is on Spring St.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Onsite parking fits 1 standard vehicle or 2 small cars. If your oversized vehicle doesn’t fit, we offer free street parking passes.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Beautiful, iconic Charleston place in an awesome location! We loved our stay here. Perfect for 3 couples with a bath in each bedroom and with gorgeous furnishings. We loved sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass wine. This location is amazing with excellent restaurants and things to do and see within easy walking distance. Tom and Hannah were fabulous hosts, always in communication with quick responses and offers to help if anything was needed. This beautiful property has my highest recommendation. Every single detail of this home was perfection. From table side sleep machine, charging stand, drain filter in shower, makeup wipes to shower amenities (none of this was expected) this property didn’t overlook one thing! The laundry machines being so convenient, the spacing of rooms with each individual bathroom to a fully outfitted kitchen (hard to cook when centrally located with fabulous restaurants though) the parking was so easy as they have their own space. Loved the porch most as our family gathered and hung bw early mornings and late nights. If they are not already (i would need to check) Tom and Hannah are SUPER hosts!

Tom and Hannah have created a great place to land while staying in Charleston. Not only was it one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed in, the location can't be beat. Easy access to everything, even great options to ealk to. Beds were so comfortable, I asked where they were from as I need a new mattress. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check in and out are super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to choose staying here again if I return to the area.

This was an AMAZING property and my favorite VRBO I've ever booked. Location was awesome and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 3 adults. We loved our stay. Very cute decor and loved the front porch. Great location - three blocks from King St. Our SUV was too large for the on-site parking behind the home, but it worked out great because the hosts provided street parking passes and we were able to park right in front of the house. The hosts were so great with communication and provided a nice binder in the home of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again.
