The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

This property is located directly above Charleston`s newest Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Estadio. This is a great amenity for our property but it is important to note Estadio is open from 4pm-10pm Tue-Sat and noise from the restaurant may be heard at these times.

The Cooper Suite is on top of my list for Charleston stays. The host were extremely polite, helpful and quick to respond. Easy access, very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. We loved being able to walk to restaurants. We had a toddler, so we took a short walk to the Children's Museum of the Low Country which he loved. Also a short drive to the Aquarium. Definately recommend. Thank You for a great stay!

I found this residence to be impeccably clean and equipped precisely as advertised. The Cannonborough location was within easy walking distance of the King Street corridor but free from its noise. Beds slept well, appliances and systems functioned, and the keyless access was easy to use. The reserved off-street parking made coming and going far easier. Patrons should know that climbing stairs is necessary to get this location.
The condo was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. We could easily walk to King Street and other areas yet we had access to many local establishments just near the condo. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend others to stay here.
Very clean and nicely decorated location. Central to lots of things to do and places to eat. The restaurant below the rental was excellent with friendly staff and a walk or quick Uber drive got us to all of the destinations we wanted to visit.
Great location! Condo had everything we needed for our two night stay. We could not find any bakeware suitable for the oven and would recommend a disposble sponge at the kitchen sink. Beds were were comfy and bathrooms fully outfitted. We would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation was great. Very clean and we enjoyed the next assortment of restaurants within walking distance. Free trolley nearby for getting around the city. A great overall experience. We would definitely return for a future stay.
Very nice place not far from all the action but far enough it isn’t a madhouse all night. Nice restaurants close by and the team was easy to work with. Entry and exit takes a bit to get used to.
Our family enjoyed this property for four nights. The suite is very clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. Tons of fun little restaurants all around. Bad Bunnies coffee being very close was a major plus too!
I had a small parking issue, but the management team was very responsive and took care of the problem.
Highly recommend staying here.
This condo was in the perfect location for our family getaway to Charleston. The host sent us some recommendations on where to eat, drink and site see. The restaurant below us was perfect too. When it came time for bed we never heard the restaurant patrons. We will definitely book again.
I spent a long weekend here with an old friend. The apartment is exactly as described and was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the property managers was easy and fast. I would definitely return. Strongly recommend.
Had a very easy check in through text message. The place was clean and ready to go. Did have some noise from the people above us a few nights (which is not their fault at all) and we had an issue with someone parking in our assigned spot (again, not their fault) and all I had to do was send a text message and they took care of it within a minute! Very good service if you do need anything at all. Would recommend and if I ever visit Charleston again I would know where I would be staying!
Just a few things that would cause me not to stay there again. No on site parking. Will never do permit parking again. You, who live there, may think it is easy but it isn’t.
The bed in the hide a couch for so hard I was not able to sleep on it. Also, when I pulled the bed out there is a big gap between the wall and top of mattress. The radiator behind the couch is filthy.
The stairs were way to steep. My Mom is 91 and was a problem.
One of the light bulbs over the island is burned out. The window blinds closest to the living room tv doesn’t go down flat. Just FYI.

Hi Christine! We are sorry to hear you had any issues at all! We wish you would have reached out to us on our direct phone numbers which you were given. The condo has three parking options, including reserved on-site or off-site lot parking, as well as the street parking passes which you choose to do. There is one flight of steps up to this condo that are very wide, well-lit, and have railings. It is noted this condo is on the second floor of the building. Inspections are done after each guest's departure and arrival, in which minor maintenance is caught and addressed. Both the light bulb and blinds were addressed after your departure, if you had let us know they became an issue during your stay we would have addressed them for you ASAP. We hope to have you back for a better stay with Charleston Vacays!

We fell in love with the property when we saw the photos and listing. It more than exceeded our expectations and was the perfect spot and setup for our group of sisters and first cousins. It was a great home base to do all of the sightseeing, exploring, and eating that we wanted to do. We are considering another trip to see and experience all that we did not get to do and we would definitely want to stay in this property again! Thank you!
This property was all that I hoped it would be. Brand new, immaculate, perfect style, hipster apartment! I absolutely loved the locale- amazing tapas bar right below on street "Estadio", and tons of area restaurants and coffee shops too. The property manager was right there on text when we inquired about an extra detergent pod and super friendly in passing. The location was literally perfect: 4 minutes drive to everything old Charleston & King St. and a 8 minute walk to the spots near us. The Daily, Babas on Cannon, Neon Tiger, Leon's Oyster Bar, The Ordinary, Holy Bagels. Thankful we chose right!
