Check-in is terrible as there is no signage indicating the appropriate entrance. We arrived at night in the rain and struggled to find correct doors. Dishwasher works episodally and was not repaired.

Great space with everything we needed for our bachelorette trip! Comfy couch area, updated bathrooms, excellent kitchen, and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Girls weekend trip was great. Perfect place to stay. So many coffee shops and places to eat very close. At first we thought King Street was far but realized it really wasn’t after we got our bearings. Nothing was far. Even Publix’s was close. The Bag Valet was so easy to pick up our bags to get them to the airport waiting for us. Recommend highly.

The apartment itself is gorgeous, beautifully renovated, and in a fantastic location. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making the space feel upscale and comfortable.Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the noise. The building appears to have been renovated down to the studs, but the walls and floors seem to have very little sound insulation. We could hear the neighbors above us taking every step, and the back bedroom shared a wall with another unit where we could hear the guests’ conversations clearly—especially annoyingly at 2 a.m.l. This made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.We also noticed that every bedroom had a sound machine and there were earplugs provided in a kitchen drawer, which in hindsight was probably a sign that noise can be an issue. We appreciated that those were provided, but they didn’t fully solve the problem.One potential improvement would be adding carpeting or area rugs, particularly in the upstairs units, to help reduce the impact noise.Overall, it’s a beautiful apartment in a great location, but unfortunately the noise from neighboring units made for very poor nights of sleep during our stay.

Plenty of space in living room and kitchen for our group (4 people). Beds were very comfortable. It's about a 10 min walk to King Street, but this area is so cute and we felt very safe. LOVED staying here!
