Everything was absolutely fantastic.The house, the vue, the kitchen, the showers, the garden, etc. And the communication with Arthur, the owner, was perfect. He was very helpful whenever we needed him. We would definitely return here if we ever go to the Riviera.

Très beau séjour. Belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, situé à deux minutes de la plage d’Aiguebelle. Parfait pour grande famille avec enfants adultes! Beau coin protégé du soleil à l’extérieur pour les repas et barbecue en famille. Nous reviendrons!

Villa idéale pour les familles , vue magnifique, plage à 5-10 minutes à pieds

Séjour inoubliable à Aiguebelle!! Maison idéale pour plusieurs familles (3 ensembles de 2 chambres indépendantes+1sdb)+ une 7ème chambre à part. Clim dans chaque chambre. Stationnement facile (et gratuit) 2 voitures devant la maison et autres emplacements à 20 mètres. Espace de vie cuisine-terrasse très sympathique, tous les repas pris à l'extérieur avec vue sur les îles !! Barbecue dans cheminée extérieure possible: un plaisir ! Jacuzzi apprécié de tous ! Manque juste un terrain de pétanque dans le jardin. Seul bémol, la maison a besoin d'un bon coup de lifting (mais le prix de la location serait plus élevé) , mais demeure très agréable pour des vacances sans stress! Plage d'Aiguebelle à 5-10 min à pieds, la Fossette à 20 min à pieds. Commerces (SPAR, Boulangerie) à Cavalière (5 min en voiture) sinon le Lavandou à 10-15 minutes. Piste piétonne, running ou vélo qui relie le Lavandou et Cavalière voire au delà... Bruno, qui s'occupe de l'accueil et des questions pratiques s'est montré très réactif tout au long de la semaine. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !

Grande villa avec beaucoup de chambres et de salles de bain pour chaque chambre, vue sur la mer, la mer est très proche, la plage est belle avec des restaurants, malheuresement il y a certaines choses dans la maison qui' elles sont mal entretenues, mais en générale c' est une villa superbe dans une région très belle

Séjour super,location très adaptée pour partir à plusieurs familles car possibilité de loger 4 familles de 4 personnes avec 1 grand lit et 2 petit lits ( dans 2 chambres séparées à chaque fois) Chaque « groupe » garde son indépendance et son intimité car sdb et toilettes séparés dans chaque espace. Jardin possédant plusieurs coins tranquilles permettant à chacun de profiter de l’espace sans gêner les autres . Espaces intérieurs communs très spacieux en cas de pluie ou froid …. On n’a qu’une envie : revenir l’année prochaine !

Séjour fantastique

Grande maison très bien conçue comprenant une chambre indépendante et 3 «appartements » également indépendants de 2 chambres chacun. Superbe espace de vie avec une partie extérieure abritée, au calme, et offrant une vue dominante. Plage à pied particulièrement appréciable, région super, excellent accueil de Bruno.

Superbe villa

On a adoré cette villa ! Chaque chambre à coucher avait sa propre clim. Plein de salles de bains et toilettes. Le jacuzzi était parfait pour relaxer en fin de journée. La vue imprenable sur la mer. Wow. La villa n'est pas moderne mais elle a le je-ne-sais-pas-quoi qu'il faut pour une maison dans cette région. Tout à fait notre goût. :)) La cuisine à tout ce qu'il faut. La table de ping pong était bien pour les jeunes qui étaient encore en pleine forme, même après les journées de voile. Bref tout ce qu'il faut pour tous les âges. La plage est un peu petite, mais ça allait. La distance était tout à fait bonne. Juste la montée en retournant de la mer était un peu dure sous le soleil du Lavandou. Mais il le faut bien pour profiter de ce superbe panorama... Nous avons également apprécié le support aimable de Mr. Litrowski par mail et le support phisique du voisin pour toutes les questions que nous avions pendant notre séjour. Bref: on a bien profité de nos vacances ! Merci Mr. Litrowski pour nous avoir loué votre villa. C'était super!

Outstanding location. The views can't be beat

We spent a week at this house as our first visit to southern France. We were an extended family with a total of eight adults, and the house had plenty of space for everyone - really more bedrooms and bathrooms than we needed. The property has an excellent location, with terrific views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the mountains and surrounding countryside. Checking in was really easy. The neighbor Jean helped us get acquainted with the house and the area, even taking the time to go with us to the local market, telling us of the history of the area, the best ways to drive into Le Lavendou, etc. Bruno, the property manager, was very responsive, helping us fix the few minor issues that we came across - coffee maker was cracked, a toilet stopped flushing. Both were addressed immediately. A few things that surprised us about the rental. When checking in, the property manager wanted a large security deposit but did not have a way to accept a credit card as a form of payment. In the end, this did not seem to present a problem. The house has many necessities included, but apparently bath towels are not included with the set of linens. Again, the property manager helped get us started on this, but we were left with 8 bath towels for 8 people for the week. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms, but not in the main living area or kitchen of the house. This is not really a problem unless it is hot, which it was for us for a few days. There is one large refrigerator, and one smaller one, which is nice, but only one tiny freezer. The local beach is very nice, and easy to access. Several other beaches were within walking distance or a short drive, each has its own character. The area is terrific, there is so much to do and explore. Quaint small towns, farmers markets nearly every day of the week, great restaurants, beautiful wineries... We travelled to Monaco and St Tropez, both easy day trips, and well worth the drive. Overall, we had a great week in southern France, and this property served as a terrific base for our explorations.

Contesto molto bello, la villa è esattamente come ci era stata descritta, vista meravigliosa!

Casa immersa nel verde, con tutti i comfort. Molto comoda perché suddivisa in appartamenti da 2/4 posti letto con bagni indipendenti. Ideale per ritrovo familiare (come nel nostro caso) fino a 14 persone. Spiaggia e mare bandiera blu a pochi minuti a piedi, altre spiagge molto belle raggiungibili a piedi, in bici o in auto.
