This space is a private in-law quarter adjacent to the owner’s home. It's separated with the owners’ living area by sound proof walls. You will love the convenience of having your own private entrance and a designated parking space. This unit provides a comfortable stay for 1 person, a couple, or 2 friends.
Take advantage of the full size fridge in the kitchenette, as well as the electric hot plate (no stove / range), microwave, electric water kettle, coffee maker; plates, glasses and bowls; pots and pans; and other standard kitchenette utensils. Use the dining table for dining, or utilize it as a work space when you need to catch up with business.
Enjoy complimentary internet wi-fi up to 150 mbps and streaming Roku TV (sorry, there is no cable TV service, no sport channels service). The self-controlled AC/heater allows you to adjust the temperature to your liking; you don’t depend on the main house’s temperature settings. Quality 100% cotton towels and linen are provided. Private bathroom with bathtub; soap, shampoo and other bathroom essentials for your initial stay are at your disposal. You will enjoy the large closet in your bedroom; well equipped with iron and ironing board. This is a non smoking unit. A $250 fine will be applied for smoking in the unit. We also apply no pets policy. Violation to these house rules will result in no refund of your damage deposit.
