Don't forget about our roof deck!! Beautiful views of Ocean City from the top of the house. In addition to our front deck, our roof deck is private, only available to you (not shared with the bottom floor). Perfect for sun bathing during the day and star gazing at night.

We have adapted our business to following the CDC guide to covid-19 cleaning. We have a hospital grade disinfectant that we will use on all surfaces. Rest assured that our house will be properly and effectively disinfected between each rental. Although most items we already do on a routine basis, we will adapt some of our practices to accommodate these new CDC regulations.

The 12th street beach location has lifeguards and access to public bathroom for the long days on the beach. Our house also has an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water for washing down from the beach.

Our home has all of the latest amenities to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. It comes with 6 beach tags, beach chairs, boogie boards, pull cart for spending the whole day at the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops for the morning walk to get coffee and breakfast.
