Great spot near Mayo Clinic

Tony and Teresa were excellent hosts who helped make our stay in Rochester as comfortable as possible. Very convenient location for appointments at the Mayo Clinic

Great for Mayo!

Clean, spacious and well thought out. Less than a mile from Mayo Clinic. Owners were responsive to our questions. Has central air conditioning! It was close to 100 last week and we were comfortable.

So close to Mayo Clinic

This by far was the best option for our family to stay in while we had many clinic appointments. Tony and Teresa were extremely responsive with any questions. The house was SO CLEAN and comfortable. They even had a pack n play, baby gate and strollers for my 20 month old son. The home had an old charm with all the modern conveniences one would need. We all felt at home and safe while staying for a few days running back and forth to the clinic. The location was great. Wonderful river walk, playground and plenty of ducks and other wild life to watch. We definitely will be booking again for any upcoming trips. Of the 5 adults who stayed in the home, we had not one single complaint! The hosts truly thought of everything one would need while staying in their property. Thank you Tony & Teresa!!

Excellent home and owner

The house becomes a home away from home while staying. It is spotlessly clean, fully furnished, very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities anyone could desire. It is set in a charming neighborhood close to Mayo Clinic and the Civic Center. There was a massive snow storm while we were there and Tony was quick to make sure our car was equipped to handle it and to see if we had early appointments at the clinic. He cleaned all the snow from the property and we felt safe and secure. Since we came in February we were unable to take advantage of that inviting front porch. I could picture us rocking on it while having our morning coffee. The house is a gem and so is the owner.

Like having a family friend in town!

First off, the house is SUPER cute and everything was like new, literally. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were so well equipped it had everything you needed. My very tech-oriented kids never had to fight for space or a charging station because they were everywhere. They also have a great table for puzzling. Such a great location close to downtown shops and restaurants. Did I mention that they even decorated the house for the holidays? They did and it was beautiful. The absolute best part of all was Tony! We stayed in late Dec 2022 during a major winter storm and he reached out to us BEFORE our stay to be sure that we were aware of the weather heading to town. He then came over and shoveled the driveway and front steps... in - 20 wind chill. Not once but every time it snowed! It was like having family in town looking out after us. AMAZING. Truly!

Why they chose this property

The view and location of this property are perfect. Everything is within walking distance and the sunset over the skyline and reflecting off the water of the Zumbro River is something to see. This property was in great shape when we purchased it. We've added a porch and patio to this 1900's built home, as well as an upstairs bathroom. Every room has been redone and redecorated. It has everything.
