This beautiful 3,035 sq foot home is laid out perfectly for multi families to spread out. Located on 100 feet of water front right on Cinco Bayou, Fort Walton Beach FL. This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and has space to sleep 10 people comfortably. It consists of two large living areas with large sectionals, so room for everyone. A wet bar with a clear ice machine, wine fridge and beverage cooler are there for your use. A large kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to cook in. The dining area can seat 7. The sunroom is our favorite morning coffee spot. Enjoy the high end outdoor kitchen on a spacious back deck to enjoy the beautiful bayou views.
This desirable vacation home also includes a private deep water dock which will make access to exciting water activities easy and convenient for your vacation.
There are a few steps in the house. 2-3 steps inside to access the bedrooms and 3 steps to access the wet bar.
At our property you are a mere 10 minutes from beautiful white sand beaches and only 20 minutes from Destin. This location is only a few minutes from many different restaurants, shops, and grocery stores enabling you to spend the majority of your vacation time the way you planned it, relaxing.

Amazing views!

The huge deck out back was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the amazing view of the water. John & Terri went out of their way to make our stay perfect! We will definitely stay at there place the next time we visit!

Great spot on the Bayou!

Great house on the water. We have stayed twice now and my family loves it. Kids fish on the dock and we can park the boat at the dock. House has everything a family needs for a fun vacation!

Great vacation

Brought my boat and some friends to Fort Walton and had a wonderful vacation. The house was very comfortable and accomodating. The outdoor kitchen area was great. Crab Island was just 25 minutes away by water. There's also an AJs resturant just minutes away that we had dinner on Sunday. Plan to go back, maybe this year.

Great find on the water!

We loved this house! It was very well equipped and had a great boat dock for our boat. It was 5 minutes from Crab Island by boat and minutes from lots of amenities. The facilities were impeccable with an outdoor kitchen, large deck and water views for days. The bar had an ice machine and two wine refrigerators. We will definitely be staying here again! Owner was super nice and helpful and very responsive!

2023 Destin vacation

House & boat dock was perfect for our family of 8, especially the boat dock. We had easy access to our pontoon boat & 2 jet skis. Plenty of room for all 3. The only thing negative I have to say is the mattress on the pullout couch was pretty rough, mostly springs. Other than that it was by far the best location for us that we’ve rented in Fort Walton/Destin area. I definitely recommend this property & the host were great!

House spacious,beautiful and very well appointed.

The house and property was very beautiful and comfortable and would be great for large groups and families. There is plenty of space indoors and out with several living areas for socializing. The kids brought along their Xbox and had a great time on one of the two huge 60” TVs .The kitchen is equipped with high end new appliances plus a well equipped wet bar. There is a large beautiful deck with exceptional outdoor cooking equipment and a fire pit and furnishings. It has anything a group would want for a relaxing stay on the water. Additionally the owner was very accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this home as a luxury accommodation in Ft Walton.

Great for family groups gathering

Property is much nicer than the pictures show. Decorated very nicely -beachy! The grounds are well manicured, the grass was cut early one morning while we were there. The dock is brand new and perfect for your boat and kayak launching. There is a large metal grid/dock for kayak launching. We fished off the dock too and were tormented by two very large bull reds that just wouldn’t bite live shrimp or pin fin! My only critic would be the master bath needs a new shower head and some redo. We all had a great time and Terri and John add little extra touches to make the stay special and memorable. Thank you for a great time!

Excellent for stay with boat!

Our stay was excellent all the way around. Home was clean and in good condition. Standout was dock and back deck, could not ask for better. I hate to go from that to “issues,” because they do outweigh the good and would put in category of recommendations. Large TV in seating area near kitchen would not connect to streaming devices. The second, much bigger, was the number of security cameras everywhere. A bit of uneasiness, regardless of being on/monitored or not. But would stay again without second thought.

This is an exceptional home. It was fabulous if you have a boat which is always hard to find dock space on VRBO. The communication with the owners was above average and always prompt. I can’t say enough great things about the space.

My family and I stayed at this incredible Fort Walton property for the 4th of July, and it was truly unforgettable! The house was absolutely perfect — clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation.One of the biggest highlights for us was the private dock, which made bringing our boat so easy and convenient! We spent our days out on the water and loved coming back to unwind in the huge backyard — perfect for grilling, games, and just soaking up the sunshine. The property also had plenty of parking, which was a big plus for our group.Terri, our host, was absolutely amazing — so kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She even left us a sweet welcome gift, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.The location couldn’t have been better for the holiday weekend. We had easy access to beaches, fireworks, and restaurants, but still felt like we had our own private oasis.We’re already planning our return — it was that good. If you’re thinking about booking this property, do it. You won’t regret it!

This place was wonderful. The house had plenty of room with lots of windows facing the water. A wonderful place to relax. If a person wants something to do Destin is close by. We would definitely come here again.The owners were very helpful with any questions we had.

My grandfather had a home on Cinco Bayou many years ago, when this home was available we were so excited! We love everything about being on the water.

The house is on 100 foot of water front. Watching the dolphins and other wild life is very relaxing.
