I would stay here again! I gave a 4 star because our beach card didnt work and didnt get a new one till the last day. We called the number to get into the beach and he gave us a hard time. If i could give it a 4.75 star i would. It also comes with an ice maker and it came in handy a lot! There was also no full length mirrors and that was frustrating.

Jules bachelorette party weekend !

I thought the house is in a great location . Needs a little updating but all in all; we had a great time. Need to get some blankets for the pull out couch, only had a sheet to cover, keurig needs replaced as it seems to leak. Toilet in the one upstairs bathroom didn’t seem to flush well. Maybe on your site say you are .5 miles from a Publix and Liquor store so people know.

Loved Our Stay!

We loved this property, not only for it’s close location to the beach, but also all the amazing amenities like the pool & hot tub. The beautiful view, ice machine, private access to beach and beach cart were also great. The house was clean and we had everything we needed and more. Our family and especially the kids had an amazing time. Would love to come back to this property in the future.

Thanksgiving 2020

The property was actually better than the photos portrayed! We loved having plenty of room to spread out and relax. Kitchen was great for preparing meals which was especially important during these covid times. Beach access was perfect which we took full advantage of due to our awesome weather. Highly recommend this property and would love to return!!

Home was very clean and a very short walk to a private entrance to the beach. Property manger (Amanda) was awesome! She called two hours early to let us check in (HUGE HELP).

Luxury for Stand Up Paddling

Relax from your perch on the lanai. Take a refreshing dip in pool or sooth those SUP muscles in the jacuzzi ‼️We have stayed in many homes from East coast to Hawaii and I believe we slept in the most comfortable bed of years gone by with VRBO. Nothing is more satisfying than your stay to exceed your expectations.

Nice Place

Pool and hot tub were the highlights of this property. Location was very good as well. The grill was unclean, and we could not get 2 out of the 3 burners lit. I called the property manager and they had someone out the next day to clean it. No problems after that.

Perfect Getaway

This home was perfect and the photos in the listing are accurate. It is right on the water, and sitting on the wraparound second level deck taking in the view was one of our favorite activities during our stay. It is in a very convenient location with several stores and restaurants within a short drive. Communication leading up to check-in and during our stay was flawless. We received access codes well in advance of check-in time, and everything went smoothly. This home was spotless and had a lot of little things that also lead to the 5-star rating. Fast wi-fi, 5-minute walk to the beach, the wagon that you can use to pull your stuff to the beach, the pool (larger than it looks in pics), the hot tub, the easy Hulu access for Live TV, etc.. One small thing to note is that the toilet/shower room in the master bedroom does not have a full door on it so sounds can travel a bit if you have two people sharing the space. This was not a big deal as we spent very little time in the bedroom and most of our time enjoying the living area and outdoor space. Overall this is one of our favorite places we've stayed in; we would stay again and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beach getaway in a pristine property.

Kitchen was very spacious, loved having a commercial grade ice machine! Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Location was beautiful and loved having a pool on property.Just need a few more places to sit on the decks:)

Perfect location

We needed a boat dock area for our jet skis, and it was the perfect area. The house was beautiful. I came upon the entrance and the plants were growing so beautifully flowers were blooming. That was my favorite had space for everybody. The only issues we came across was lack of kitchen items or to many mismatched had several blenders but only one matched didn’t provide many trash bags for a week stay and communication was hit miss on both parties end. I went out bought dish pods as by first night I needed run it but non were provided. We loved the pool and hot tub we spent most our time there if not at the beach that was Just a couple blocks from the house!

Family Vacation

I thought this property was great overall! The ice machine and pool were wonderful, and the walk to the beach was minimal. However, there were a few things that were not perfect. Most of the lights outside did not work, the hot tub heater did not appear to work, and the keycard to enter the beach access did not work. They brought a second keycard, and that did not work either. It would have been better to be given the code for the beach access. One other issue was that the master bathroom area did not have an actual door that separates the master bath from the bedroom. There was a sliding louvre door creating a lack of privacy. Otherwise, my family really enjoyed the space, and we would stay here again!

Amazing

A Piece of Mine is absolutely the best! Location is excellent everything you could possible want is within a 5 mile radius. The private beach is a walk down the block, you practically have white sand beach and clear water to yourself. Lots of restaurants, we did a A &Js boat dolphin tour, rode right by our canal, just such a wonderful escape.

Great location

Brought our boat and stayed on the water the entire trip. Kids fished from the dock and swam in the pool. Grilled out a few nights and also took the boat to the Harborwalk to dinner. Crab island only a 20mins boat ride from the dock. Enjoyed our stay! Loved the commercial grade ice maker also.

Relaxing vacation home

Clean and relaxing home. We are a family with teenagers so it was nice for each of us to have our own spaces and bathrooms. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. This home is in a great location and is close to many restaurants and stores. The nearby private beach was a lovely feature as well.
