The house was perfect for everything we needed. The location was great for parking our boat in the slip, the house and room layouts worked well for us. The commercial ice maker availability was a game changer. While the house served our needs, there is some things that should be worked on in a cosmetic perspective. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Would stay here again.

Our family had an amazing time at this house! We had four adults and 2 children. The only minor complaint is that the listing said one of the rooms had 2 Twin Beds and 1 King Bed - this is what my husband and I planned on for ourselves and the kids. However, I think it meant that the 2 Twin Beds could be pushed together to make 1 King Bed. Our kids are young so we didn’t want them sleeping on a different level than us, but we made it work. Other than that, everything was great!!!

We were able to park our boat at the home and the ice machine was so convenient for packing our fish box and coolers!! Short walk to the beach but we only went once since we had the boat. Our family, including three teenage boys, loved our stay. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location and quick walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a favorite place to relax while one son fished from the doc. We highly recommend this property and are hoping it’s available on our next trip to Destin.

Relaxing vacation home

Clean and relaxing home. We are a family with teenagers so it was nice for each of us to have our own spaces and bathrooms. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. This home is in a great location and is close to many restaurants and stores. The nearby private beach was a lovely feature as well.
