Rafter J Townhome in Jackson Hole
Two story townhome in the desirable, family-friendly Rafter J Ranch neighborhood with miles of bike paths and neighborhood trail systems. Back doors open to green space with stunning water and mountain views. Moose, geese, trumpeter swans, osprey, and ducks all frequent our neighborhood.
Please note there are county regulations that we must comply with which dictates minimum night requirements. Before your stay is accepted and valid we will need to make arrangements to sign an amendment to follow the county guidelines. Please message us if you have any inquiries about accommodations.
At over 1,600 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, your whole family or group of friends can play all day and kick back while taking in the sunset over Walden Pond.
Stay here and make memories you can enjoy for years to come.
Additional loft space could either be a play area or an extra sleeping area increasing the total capacity to 8.

About the host

We have lived in the Jackson Hole valley for 10 years. My wife is a teacher for the local school district and she and my daughter enjoy biking to school together when the weather isn't too cold and snowy. In our free time, we love to get out on the rivers and trails during the summer, or spend our winter weekends on the ski hill.
Why they chose this property
We chose this home because of the neighborhood! Rafter J is far enough away from the business of downtown to feel less chaos, and the trail system and bike paths were a big bonus. We also love that we have this lovely open backyard where we can play lawn games while enjoying the mountain and pond views. Additionally, we don't have to spend our weekends on maintenance since that is part of the HOA responsibility, leaving us free to enjoy more of our time away from work.
