This 1920’s, pet friendly cottage is perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a beach town.

This home hosts up to 4 people. The pricing in based on 2 occupants and There is an additional charge of $10/night per person after 2 people.

Please note there is no microwave, grill OR dishwasher. We do not plan on installing any of these items. If you require any of these things, please do not book our home.

2 small dogs under 20 lbs, or 1 large dog 50lbs or under. We prefer you don't leave your pet behind, but if you must, we require them to be crated. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL BE BRINGING A DOG.

• some cleaning items provided WE DO NOT PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS!

Bathroom:
• 1 towel/washcloth per guest (Longer stays will be provided with more)
• shampoo, conditioner, Body wash, lotion, hand soap
• hairdryer
• tub/shower combo (not for pets)
• toilet paper- we provide a roll per day of your stay, we will not provide extra.

Living Area:

Yard/Parking:
•Fenced and shared with other rental on property. Pets must be supervised and respectful of other guests.
• Parking for 2 cars Max (bumper facing fence please)
• small garden hose for beach clean ups

Things To Note:

•The VRBO account holder MUST be staying on the property.

• The property contains another private rental. The yard and front deck are shared spaces.

•This home hosts 1-4 people. There is an extra charge per person over 2 people.

•There is a MAX of 4 people allowed in the cottage at a time per city and fire ordinance. Our neighbors are aware of this and do call me from time to time.


•The cottage remains pretty cool throughout the day. During the colder months, I recommend bringing an extra layer for your morning rituals as well as slippers or house shoes.

•The stairs are pretty steep. I recommend slippers or grippy socks when using the stairs. We currently have a baby gate available should you have small children or dogs.

•The cottage is family friendly but NOT baby proof.

•Fireplace is currently decorative only at the moment. However, the heater is great and was just serviced January 2020

• Front deck chairs are for the guests of the suite.
