The beach is a large sandy beach at the bottom of the bay of Douarnenez, lined with dunes. Nearby: Douarnenez fishing port, the island of Sein, the medieval town of Locronan, the bird sanctuary of Cap Sizun.

Matig comfort

De prijs / kwaliteitsberhouding is niet in evenwicht. Tijdens ons verblijf was het slecht weer. Het huis is dan vochtig, weinig ventilatie mogelijkheden. Er is geen lekkere zitbank aanwezig. Gezien de prijs mag er meer worden geïnvesteerd in het comfort, zoals afzuigkap in de keuken en ventilatie in de badkamer en betere bedden.

Maison agréable qui a du potentiel

Propriétaire sympathique. A notre arrivée, la poignée permettant d'ouvrir le portail était désolidarisée à force d'usage pendant le séjour nous n'étions pas très à l'aise pour ouvrir et fermer le portail, il fallait forçait un peu et soulever légèrement le portail, la propriétaire envisageait la réparation. Nous avons découvert cette charmante maison, la déco y est très rustique et authentique la maison demande néanmoins un petit rafraîchissement (peinture et certaines fenêtres en simple vitrage). Vous avez le nécessaire pour y vivre en "à point" (gaziniere électrique, lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge). La literie était de bonne qualité (draps non fournis). Nous avons regretté le fait de ne pas avoir de canapé (très appréciable après une journée randonnée) remplacé par deux petits fauteuil en rotins. Il manque également des chaises longues pour profiter du jardin et un entretien soigné de l'espace extérieur ainsi qu'un rangement dans le garage. Nous avons apprécié le barbecue à disposition. La maison est située à 600 m de la plage, vous avez vu sur la mer de la fenêtre de la cuisine et dans les chambres du haut. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette maison et serions prêt à y retourner.
