Our Happy Place is a...Cool...Cozy...Beautiful, family friendly A-frame cabin located on a secluded cul-de-sac lot nestled in the cool tall pines. Great location, 90 minutes from north Phoenix to escape the heat. All new furniture, memory foam mattresses, kitchen appliances and counter tops are brand new.

Day trips to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Bearizona, Snowbowl Chairlift, Sunset Crater, Meteor Crater, Lowell Observatory and Flagstaff Extreme Obstacle Course are among many fun activities to do. Return to the lovely cabin and prepare dinner in the kitchen or on the BBQ grille on the expansive deck.

Enjoy starlight evenings and create your own long lasting family memories.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was comfy and cozy. We loved sitting on the deck, it felt very private. The cabin had everything we needed; we really enjoyed our time there.

Feels like home

This is the 3rd time we stay here and its likely going to be our yearly tradition. Not sure how to explain it but this place feels like home. Clean, has everything you need. The neighborhood is so quiet and friendly.

Perfect high country getaway

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin in the woods. Exactly as advertised with all the comforts you need to relax and decompress. Especially enjoyed being out on the spacious deck breathing in the mountain air. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

Quiet Comfy Cabin

Our stay here was most enjoyable. Randy and Maria made the process very easy, and their cabin has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay in the cool pines. We definitely recommend.

Cabin in the woods

The property was great and exactly what was listed! Great escape in the pines after fun hikes in the Sedona region. The cabin is one of the best stocked VRVOs we have stayed in.

Great stay in Munds Park

We had a great stay in Munds Park! The home was just as described and the owners were very easy to work with. The deck was a fabulous place to sit and play games or unwind after a hike. The location is close to Flagstaff so we were able to go in for shopping and dinner out and still be back at the cabin not too late. We would stay here again if we come back to Munds Park.

Peaceful Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at Wildwood, and Randy and Maria are excellent hosts. The cabin was set up with everything we needed, and the fireplace was especially enjoyable with the cooler nights during our stay. This is also a great central location for exploring the Sedona and Flagstaff areas. Driving to the Grand Canyon was a breeze as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very peaceful and clean. Everything well labeled and stocked.

Loved all the extras. Did not have to bring anything additional. Kitchen had everything we needed. Top shelf body wash and shampoo. There was a lot of seating on the patio and loved the fire pit in the middle of the table outside. The owners have thought of everything you may need.

Pretty setting in a neighborhood

Enjoyed the beautiful quiet deck, but did not expect neighbors to be so close. The house was lovely, and well suppied for guest. Really only suitable for 2 adults and the rest children due the cramped sleeping arrangements in the loft.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home for a couple to stay! Master bedroom is gorgeous and huge!! If you were bringing more adults, it would be important to know that 6 other beds are all in the upstairs loft in one room. The home was wonderful, clean and well equipped. The patio was beautiful with lots of seating. However, with the firepit and porch heater not working, we werent able to enjoy the early mornings or late evenings in this cool weather. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay. Great hiking and a reasonable drive into Sedona or Flagstaff!

"Maravillosa cabana" (marvelous cabin) very well equipped

Thank you, the cabin was very well equipped in the kitchen, restrooms, bedrooms, and more. The only recommendation i give is, that if is snowing shared with the guest that they need to remove the snow to be able to park the cars in the drive way. I don't have any experience with this and after you call us with the situation with the neighbors I got very tense. We had to remove the snow and it was very late and very cold. After we removed the snow, we were able to park the cars but it was also very slippery and we did had a very hard time to accommodate the cars. We could have done this earlier during the day and not late at night. The good thing of this experience is that now I know what to do next time that there is snow in the drive way :) . Sorry with the inconvenient we caused with the neighbors, I felt very bad. I do hope to return to this cabin in the future, it was great.

Beautiful!! Cozy and comfy. LOVED the rock lined path around the house. Took many adventures around the house “hunting” with my 17 month old niece! The friendlies neighborhood cat made it a a 10 out of 5 star stay!

The cabin was very nice with a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor deck was very large & inviting with patio heaters and plenty of seating. The home has a fireplace however we did not use it.
