Catering to small and large families on 7 mile beach is very rare! You will find it hard getting a 3 bedrooms anywhere along 7 mile at time of year!

Wake in the morning and relax with a coffee on the balcony looking over the sea & a sunset drink at the end of a busy day snorkelling at some of the great spots out front including a mini ship wreck!

We are easy walking distance to the major hotels, bars, restaurants, breakfast and brunch spots means cars are optional.

The Grapetree complex on "Snooze lane" this condo is so close to everything you barely need to leave.

Our 3 bed condo is spacious and full of light and right in the heart of 7mile beach. The 3rd floor is a loft style room however is suitable for a couple and is as high as 6"8 in the apex.

Bring your work with you and you can put your laptop on the desk and plug into a 30" UHD screen with high speed internet.

Jump in the sea and snorkel right out front! views of the sea from most rooms, you can even see the sea while you shower in the master bathroom.

We easily cater for families with small children and babies also with a crib and highchair if needed, just ask for more details if not listed.

13% occupancy tax is inc in the per night rate.

Perfect vacation!

Already booking again! Our stay was perfect! This is a rare and large apartment find on Seven Mile Beach — the proximity to the beach was unbeatable, just steps away. Being so close to the water, the ocean sound would lull you to sleep at night; it was that close. When we weren't in the water, we spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony and the beach. The complex was wonderfully quiet despite being so close to everything. Local gems like the pub & steak house 'Fidels', the great cafe 'Icoa', and even the supermarket are just a short walk behind the complex. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was immaculately clean. So spacious it will easily accommodate our larger family also, we are already considering dates for another visit early next year!
