Welcome to Plantation Village #37, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-floor condo nestled in one of Grand Cayman’s most sought-after locations — Seven Mile Beach. Located in the tranquil, garden-filled Plantation Village Beach Resort, this private unit offers access to two freshwater pools, tennis courts, outdoor BBQ grills, and beach loungers.

Stylish Interior
This pool-view condo features a bright, open-concept layout with modern coastal décor. The living area opens to a screened lanai, perfect for sipping morning coffee or winding down with sunset cocktails. Inside, you'll find plush seating for six, a large-screen HDTV with cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, plus a blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, wine glasses, dinnerware, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, TV with cable, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Guest Bedroom: One double bed and one twin bed
Sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. A crib and high chair are also provided.
All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality linens and plenty of towels. Two folding beach chairs are included for guest use.

Please note: Seasonal beach erosion may affect the sand conditions on this southern stretch of Seven Mile Beach, but the water remains perfect for swimming and marine activities. Great Spot on the Beach

Great Location

The location is close to the beach and activities. We enjoyed the condo and the pools. It was close to some nice restaurants and shopping. The sunsets were amazing!

Excellent place highly recommended!

Fantastic communication with host. Location is amazing, just south enough to be right near lots of restaurants. Beds are comfortable, condo is impeccably clean. Could not recommend this place more. We spent a lot of time on the patio with the huge comfly chairs relaxing and reading. We went down to the small beach and snorkeled every day right there seeing squid, lobster, and lots of tropical fish. Sunset everyday was celebrated by friendly people at the oceanside pool. We are hoping to return soon! Thank you again.

Great Property in Plantation Village

We had a great time and the amenities were on par with the price. My only suggestions would be to possibly upgrade the cookware and have some salt and pepper shakers for the condo. I was worried about not having a bathtub with my 2 year old but the shower was perfectly fine since it has both a shower head and a regular faucet in the stall. We would likely stay at this unit again in the future :)

Perfect Location

We stayed for 7 nights with two adults and two children. Condo was very clean, updated and has everything you need. The location is great with a variety of restaurants within walking distance (icoa for breakfast, coconut joes for late night, XQs for great pizza). Pool and grounds are well maintained. We knew there was not sand beach access but you can just walk south 200 yards to sunset cove to get to the beach there (all beaches are public) and there is a sea wall so the waves were calmer. Property manger communicated about check in/out and was very helpful. We definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful condo, convenient spot

Condo had everything we needed, was beautifully renovated, offered comfortable beds and lots of space to cook and relax. Loved the screened-in balcony with super comfy chairs. The neighbors were friendly and nice and we enjoyed the two clean, pretty pools as well as the beach—not huge because of erosion but ample and inviting with crystal clear water. We used bikes to get around and took the bus up and down Seven Mile Beach. Excellent vacation!

Amazing accommodations and central location to everything!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had was well appointed. We were surprised to find a full size cooler - that came in super handy for our road trip around the island. The washer and dryer were very convenient for dealing with salty/sandy beach clothes and towels! We would definitely stay here again and again!!

Great Vacation Spot!

This condo is perfect- clean and newly redone. There is no beach in front but all the beaches are public an we went to the beach right next door. They have paddle boards and kayaks to use and right on the water. The snorkeling right in front of the condo it great- wear water shoes. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and Camana Bay which has shops, restaurants and a great grocery store. We did not need a car. Took the public bus once to get to the Turtle Farm. Really great stay and would love to come back!

Relaxing stay on Grand Cayman

Great, clean property right at the very end of 7mile Beach. Staff was great convenient to all needed amenities. One thing for future travelers to not it is a little walk from the beach proper but the property pools are nice as well. Thank you for a great vacation.

Not a great beach stay

Property and pool is ok. Unit clean and nice. But there is no beach. Stay further north on seven mile where you can enjoy the beach. We had to drive to governors beach to walk or sit on the beach. Very disappointed in that. The description is accurate there is no beach. Not the owners fault, but I wouldn’t go back when you can stay a mile north and enjoy 7 mile.

Don't hesitate to book

The condo checked all the boxes we needed for a great stay. It was perfectly clean and looked like the pictures, which are my biggest concerns when booking. They had more items provided than I expected in the kitchen, all the appliances worked great, the air conditioning didn't struggle to keep up with the heat, the beds/linens were very comfortable, and although this unit isn't directly on the beach, it took literally a minute to walk there. The internet/cable wasn't super reliable, but I'd imagine that's a complex-wide issue. Just make sure you check your international data plan so you can use your own hot spots. The beach area was small, but we had a car and wanted to explore other beaches so that wasn't a problem. We came during a time that was slow for cruise ships so we had seven mile beach to ourselves multiple days. The condo itself doesn't have a beach umbrella, but you can take your chairs to a public beach and rent an umbrella for $10. This has nothing to do with the condo, but down the street is a local restaurant called Chicken!Chicken! and has amazing wood fire roasted chicken and the Cayman style cornbread is to die for. We'd feel lucky to go back and hopefully will!

A slice of Paradise

The location of the property is perfect with in walking distance to restaurants and even grocery stores. The beach was nice the water was gorgeous, you definitely need water shoes but it’s great for snorkeling! My family and I enjoyed the use of the free kayaks and bikes. I had no issues with the property the pictures are spot on. The pools stay open late and well kept. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Home away from home

This was by far, the best condo I have ever stayed it. The host supplied Everything! Even things I wouldn’t dream of. I was able to check in early since there wasn’t another renter before me. My family and I walked in and the condo is spacious and clean. I had a Caymanian friend come over and cook for us. She couldn’t believe all the household items the condo supplied. Not only pots and pans, but a rice cooker, a water picture even a cutting board and potato peeler. I was supplied with detergent, dryer sheets, even baggies. We have visited the island 4 times and this unit is the best. My daughters have asked if we can stay here each time we visit!!! Traveling so far from home you always worry about what you are missing but at this condo I never had that problem.

A lovely property and a lovely island

This was a super clean and well cared for property. Everything mentioned in the listing was accurate and as promised. I actually thought it was nicer than the photos. Ilde, the property manager was very helpful and always available. Offered us her beach umbrella out of her own car, which I thought was above and beyond. The one thing that was mentioned in the listing, which was accurate and a testament to the renters honesty was the beach. It was very small and not at all deep. Enough room for about 8 reclining lounge chairs and umbrellas. Once in the water the bottom is also quite rocky and shallow. So if you're looking for an on-site truly swimmable post card perfect beach, this is not it. However, if you rent a car (which I advise) there are many easily visited and stunning beaches. My favorites: Governors, Cemetery and West Bay, to name a few. All in all, I would not hesitate to visit this property again. Its price point was a good value, in a centrally located area.
