Aloha! and welcome to the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. Our residence is in a convenient location; airport, restaurants, and supermarkets are all located nearby and the iconic Volcano National Park is located forty five minutes away. This is a quiet place with nice surroundings and newly renovated house with nice interior and exterior decor. With 2,700 sq. feet living area. This very large home included a big yard with lots of parking space. Suitable for families and groups.
The spacious house is two-story home. Upstairs has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms. The hallway separate the sleeping area and activity area. Activity areas includes office, living room, and Gym.
Downstairs has two bedrooms, one living room, dining room and fully-stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, water filter, plates , and bowls.

Family reunion

House located close to everything. Everyone had their own room. Kitchen had everything needed down to dishes, silverware, etc. had sheltered outdoor area for entertaining and working grill.

Large and roomy

Roomy for a big group with lots of individual space. Ample parking. Loud neighborhood but being in the city it’s close to amenities.

Family friendly and convenient

Came to Hilo to visit family. Stayed for 3 nights. This home is perfect for families (we had 9 in our party ranging from ages 59-8 years old) really convenient, close to shops, activities and restaurants. We walked to big island candies. QEveryone had their own space and could hang out in multiple areas. My daughter immediately took her coloring things and ipad and set up on the desk area. An immediate plus for us was the AC in the bedrooms, after a long day of enjoying the island, it was nice to sleep in the AC. Mahalo to the property manager who communicated everything before we arrived. We would definitely come back!

Great large and relaxing home. Mahalo!

This was a great and relaxing home with 5 bedrooms and plenty of relaxing space for a large family. We had 3 adult couples and 1 infant. One of my son-in-law’s had a cold and used one of the extra beds to let my daughter have a quiet sleep. Front porch was perfect to sting morning coffee and watch he rain. Property manager was Hilo friendly and treated us to fresh fruit. AC in bedrooms was very nice at night. Rest of house had nice open breeze. Location was great for East island touring. Mahalo - Mark

Champignons dans les airs climatises

La maison est grande avec 3 salles de bain mais la propreté est laissé à désirer. Mon nez s'est bouchée des que j'y ai mis les pieds dans maison. Présence de saletés dans la douche et sur les planchers.

Our home is located very close to everything but yet at the same time, very quiet and safe, if you travel with your family , friends , or come to the Big Island for a event with a big group , this the place you are looking for, two separate living areas , huge house, tons of parking and a BBQ party area that makes you feel at home.

What makes this property unique

A newly renovated house that is very convenient and functionable. All activity rooms are separated such as bedrooms, kitchens, and living rooms and gyms. While this is all true, this house has a very special ceiling that is really high up, thus making this house nice and airy. You will love it.
