The Hilo Bay View Estate is a gorgeous European-style home located in the exclusive area of upper Wainaku in Hilo. This stunning home has peek-a-boo views of the ocean and Hilo town. Watch the magnificent sunrises in the morning and star-filled skies at night. The city lights of Hilo are breathtaking.

This home has all the luxuries of amenities of an estate. Swimming pool, gourmet kitchen, high ceilings, lanai with ocean views and the privacy of a gated estate.

Owner’s personal injury liability coverage applies only to registered guests. No visitors are permitted in the home unless they are registered guests.

B) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not exceed what would be associated with a residential area.
