Property was exceptionally clean well equipped and with a stunning ocean view. Weather was mainly dry with a couple of sunny days. Only one day of full rain.The location and the resorts ofMorgat and town of Crozon ware fabulous. We loved the whole area.We had an excellent relaxing break. We must improve our French for our next visit to wonderful France.

A lovely apartment with a great view

We were looking for a relaxing quiet holiday somewhere where we could walk to shops and restaurants. This apartment not only ticked all those boxes but has a balcony with a lovely sea view. We were able to swim in the sea just by walking down to steps (there is also a swimming pool on the complex). Morgat town is around a 15 minute walk away with a supermarket, shops and plenty of creperies and restaurants. You can either walk there along the pavement or, when the tide is out, along the beach. Crozon has a bustling typically French market on Wednesdays and we also walked there, which took slightly longer than 15 minutes as it is uphill. We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing holiday and plan to return again next year.

Excellente location

Séjour d’une semaine fin Septembre. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et arrangeants lors de la réservation (encore merci à eux), la suite des contacts a été confiée à un prestataire de service sur place. Lors du check-in et du check-out, Ludovic et Mylène se sont montrés accueillants, souriants et disponibles. Il a été très facile de s’accorder sur les modalités d’arrivée et de départ et nous les en remercions. La résidence dans son ensemble est propre. Elle est légèrement excentrée par rapport au centre-ville de Morgat et en retrait de la route, en vrai front de mer, l’eau à vos pieds, aucune route à traverser. Comme en ce début d’automne la résidence est peu fréquentée nous y avons trouvé un calme absolu. A pied, il faut compter environ 5 mn pour rejoindre une grande et excellente boulangerie, une petite vingtaine de minutes pour les commerces de proximité à Morgat et un peu plus pour le port. Ce T2, situé au 2ème étage, est très fonctionnel, lumineux avec une jolie vue mer que nous avons bien sûr beaucoup appréciée quel que soit la météo. La baie vitrée permet de prendre les repas à l’intérieur tout en étant face à la mer, un pur bonheur. Le balcon doit être très agréable les jours de beau temps, mais la météo ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter pleinement. La réalité dépasse la description des lieux et les photos de l’annonce. L’appartement a été totalement rénové très récemment, on dirait qu’il est neuf tellement tout est propre. La décoration est discrète et raffinée. Les agencements et la literie sont d’excellente qualité. L’équipement de la cuisine est même « sur abondant ». Une prestation de ce niveau est rare, nous espérons pour les propriétaires que les futurs locataires sauront l’apprécier et prendre soin des lieux. La salle de bain nous a paru exiguë, mais avec un peu d’organisation tout s’est bien passé, d’autant plus que la baignoire d’origine a été avantageusement remplacée par une douche très spacieuse et parfaitement bien conçue. Pour garer la voiture, pas de stress, puisqu’une place est réservée sur le parking privé à l’entrée de la résidence. Parking fermé la nuit par une barrière à code. Il y a de nombreux sites à découvrir sans avoir à parcourir beaucoup de kilomètres : tout est décrit sur une carte que l’on peut se procurer auprès de l’Office du Tourisme En résumé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette excellente location et la découverte de cette belle région, malgré une météo un peu (parfois même très) capricieuse

Super séjour malgré 2 jours avec un temps mitigé. L’appartement est fonctionnel, décoré avec goût, bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine et en prime la petite épicerie évite d’avoir à refaire des achats en sel, poivre…. Merci aux résidents précédents. La vue est magnifique et en plus vous pouvez en profiter lors des repas. La plage est à quelques mètres à pieds voir à vos pieds à marée basse. Piscine chauffée dans la résidence et possibilité d’attacher vos vélos. Séjour très agréable.

Vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. Sa situation est parfaite, dans une résidence au calme. Le centre de Morgat avec ses commerces et restaurants est accessible facilement en 15 min de marche par le front de mer ou la plage selon la marée. La vue depuis le balcon est incroyable ! Il est bien orienté et à l'abri du vent. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine ensoleillée ce qui nous a permis d'en profiter un maximum et d'y prendre nos repas. L'appartement est très bien équipé tant en électroménager que côté literie. La salle de bain est certes petite mais elle est optimisée. Un petit plus non négligeable = il y a dans les placards de la petite épicerie (sel / poivre / huile etc... sans doute laissés par les précédents locataires) et des produits d'entretien ce qui permet de ne pas avoir à tout acheté. La procédure d'accueil est quant à elle efficace et faite avec le sourire ! Bref, que du bon !
