Une très belle ville!

L'appartement se trouve à 15 minutes à pied de la Place de la Victoire, où il y a de multiples transports. l'hôte a été tres aimable et disponible à notre arrivée. Par contre, l'appartement est un grenier aménagé, ce qui le rend comme logement ainsi que d'accès comme tres exigus. Les points forts : localisation, les machines à laver linge et vaisselle. Les points faibles : manque d'équipements basiques, grille-paint, micro-ondes, pas de nappe sur la table. ( Four sale.)

Parfait, même pour un long séjour !

Je suis restée un mois et l'appartement est parfait. Il est dans un quartier très calme mais proche du centre et avec différents commerces de bouche à proximité. La literie est confortable et tout est très proche. Les propriétaires sont également très agréables et les échanges faciles.

Very clean and spacious and ideally placed to visit Bordeaux as the apartment was near to all relevant bus stops. Very helpful host. Only criticism- It would have been useful to have had a couple of comfortable armchairs. Everything else was great.

Lovely apartment

This is a very comfortable home with a nicely renovated bathroom. We experienced a delay in receiving our check in instructions which caused a little anxiety, but we received a very warm reception at the apartment. There is a very nice restaurant around the corner, and a shop and a boulangerie close by. We did find the apartment was located further from downtown than we expected, not being familiar with Bordeaux… it was a hearty 25 min or so walk to the historic downtown. Bus stop right by front door (lines 4, 11 & 26). Only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the bedroom. Otherwise we found this a nice, quiet comfortable stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants dans cet appartement, confortable et propre, proche des réseaux de transports (bus et tram). Les commerces de proximité à quelques minutes à pied sont appréciables aussi. Philippe s'est montré très arrangeant pour notre arrivée et notre départ, ce dont nous le remercions. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Ideal für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt einer Familie mit zwei Kindern. Wohnung sehr sauber, angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist recht klein und unter dem Dach gelegen, die Decke ist teilweise sehr niedrig. Die Innenstadt von Bordeaux ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist absolut schöner, als es die Bilder zeigen. Lage zur Innenstadt sehr gut. Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen.
