One bedroom condo in Fasching Haus development. A block away from lift 1A just a couple blocks from the gondola at Aspen (Ajax) Mountain. Located in the core, this unit is a short walk from all the top restaurants and shops. Unit is ground floor with a courtyard view overlooking the pool and spa that operate year round. Fasching Haus has a staffed reception to assist with check-in and answer any questions. There is an all-in-one washer/dryer unit and a push button gas fire place. This is Aspen convenience at its best! No smoking and no pets please.

Great location!!

Super great easy in and out ground floor condo! The furnishings were top notch. King bed so comfortable!!! I loved having the communal jacuzzi on the same level for easy access!!! Kathy was a great host! The location was everything!!!! Just a 5 minute lovely walk to Ajax. I’d stay there again.

Ski weekend

We had a nice time at Kathy’s condo. Perfect for a long weekend getaway with my spouse. The condo is well located. Only a few minute walk to Ajax, Rubey Park transit center, and numerous shops and restaurants. The hot tub and pool were perfect way to relax after a long day of skiing.

Cozy Faushing Haus stay

I saw this place on the MLS and was instantly drawn to the new, clean modern vibe. It was fully furnished, staffed, turnkey, like a perfect hotel suite with all the comforts of home. Everything that you would need in an ideal location. Walk to the gondola, the market, drinks with friends, or a fabulous dinner. Aspen is the ideal mountain town and this unit is perfectly located.

Location, location! Modern, clean, ground floor, convenient to everything you could possibly want or need. The summers are amazing with many out of town guests gathering here for music festivals, cycling, Aspen Food & Wine and a number of other summer rituals and activities.
