2 bedroom, 2 bathroom , beautifully updated unit in Southpoint building with indoor parking and security code entry. Ski locker room next to entrance. Community laundry room is also available in parking garage. Complimentary wifi and cable tv. Lovely gas fireplace . This quaint 2 bedroom condo is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Aspen mountain is walking distance. Free shuttle service is one-half block away, which takes you to the surrounding ski areas of Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. All new furnishings. Humidifiers are available for all rooms. Ski locker room is readily available as soon as you enter the front door of building to store skis and boards. Ski boot dryer also included in condo.

The condo is beautiful and is in the perfect location for skiing. It is within walking distance to Aspen lifts and right on the bus route for other mountains. Great place!

Great all around!

My girlfriends and I come to Aspen every year for the half marathon. This condo was perfect for our trip. The location is walkable and located a few blocks from the gondola. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Went to Aspen Food & Wine event. Location was really easy walk to the venue and peaceful once back at the unit after the event. Beds were good, felt like an upscale hotel with all the amenities. Has dedicated parking which is a must in downtown Aspen.

Just as advertised! Everything went very smoothly, the host is very timely in communication, condo is very well equipped, comfortable and clean! Location is amazing being able to easily walk to two separate lifts. Shops, restaurants, groceries all easily in walking distance. Would definitely consider staying here again.

What a lovely spacious property! Chicly decorated and extremely comfortable. The downtown location allows you to walk everywhere - restaurants, shopping and transit. Linda was very responsive and accommodating.
