This is a prime Aspen location with a year round gorgeous outdoor pool - located in downtown Aspen and convenient to everything! The private outdoor pool and hot tubs are open all season. This is truly the best pool you will find in Aspen outside of a hotel. PLEASE SEE GUEST REVIEWS BELOW. This Aspen getaway at Chateau Roaring Fork is one of the best locations in downtown Aspen, located right on the Roaring Fork River, on the road up to Independence Pass and a quick walk to the slopes, grocery stores, shops and restaurants. This is an end unit offering lots of privacy and distancing from other units. We have a private Weber grill on our deck, and there is a grill for guest use at the pool as well.

Our HOA has also recently undergone an extensive multi-million exterior renovation of the property (new facade, pool, hot tubs, fitness room with Peloton) as well as renovation of the interior hallways. We are a 5 minute walk to the gondola. Store your skis in our private ski locker, and walk to the gondola in the morning for a great day of skiing at Ajax. Our complex has one of Aspen's best year round outdoor large swimming pools, a two awesome hot tubs and a fitness and work-out room with a Peloton. Kids (and adults) love the pools and tubs. During the summer the pool area is not to be missed (flowers, grill, lots of lounge chairs and tables, a lap lane in the pool, not to mention a kiddy pool and 2 hot tubs.)

Our deck overlooks the year round outdoor pool and hot tubs and you can talk to your friends in the pool from our deck. The deck is private and COVID friendly, tucked away around a corner from the rest of the units in the property. Master bedroom with private bathroom has one king bed. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. We also have 2 blow-up queen mattresses.

Enjoy our wood burning fireplace and private outdoor gas grill right on our deck. Wireless internet access. Walk to Aspen's best restaurants and nightlife. Park your car in our parking lot and never drive again for the rest of your vacation!

All of the rooms have flat screen TV's. We have alarm clocks, fans and humidifiers in both bedrooms. We have a front end ASKO high end loader washer and dryer in the unit. All appliances are high end - Fisher & Paykel, Kitchen Aid, and Asko. The condo was out of the rental pool for 6 months while undergoing the remodel.

We stock you with all the essentials - TP, paper towels, napkins shampoo and conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and detergent, salt and pepper, cooking oil, all the basic spices, cooking spray, sweet n low, tin foil, saran wrap, iron, hair dryer. We think we have thought of all the basics! You won't have to go to the grocery store and spend your time and money buying the basic items for your stay. Our guests love that we provide these items in our condo. If you had to stock these items on your own for a week stay, the dollars would add up quickly.

We live in Telluride now, but love Aspen just as much and just could not give up our second home in Aspen. We raised 4 kids (young adults now) who love this location and the pool/tub amenities as much as we do. The freedom to walk anywhere in town makes this the perfect location for you and your family.
