King size bed, 44 inch smart TV, couch, sitting/dining area, wifi, safe, fluffy robes, mini bar area with small refrigerator , stocked with water and fresh fruit and freezer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, foot massage machine, room darkening shades, bath room essentials, shampoo, conditioner, mouth wash, tooth paste, tooth brush, body wash, magnifying wall mirror, Q tips, blow dryer, razor, and fresh towels daily. Tea , hot chocolate, Keurig coffee maker, variety of coffee choices , microwave , toaster, instant oatmeal, protein bars.

The Perfect getaway

It was PERFECT! To every detail! The location is very close to the beach and a super quite neighborhood, close to very yummy spots! In her instructions,she thought of everything! The mini fridge and table was pact full of drinks and snacks and the bathroom was stocked! And the bikes were the cherry on top! Will be coming back!!!

Stayed recently at the Dakota House. Found it clean, comfortable, and quiet. I needed a space to rehearse for a talk I was giving and it was perfect for that. The snacks and coffee were appreciated, too! Easy in, easy out.

The room was nearly perfect for my needs!

I stayed here because I had business nearby. The room was everything that it was billed as and the location was great. Dana does a nice job with having drinks, coffee and a little snack basket. If you were vacationing in the area it is perfect. For my needs, another power outlet by the table and a little more lighting would be nice. Overall, extremely satisfied and would be pleased to stay here again!

Dakota House Review

The Dakota House is a great little retreat and perfect to catch a flight from LAX. Dana has done a great job making you feel at home with a private entry to your own little courtyard and the room is well done and very modern. She even supplies water, soda, juice, coffee, treats so you can enjoy the stat without having to go shopping. Great restaurants nearby that are not the same old chains restaurants you see in any other city. Thanks for the nice stay. I will come back on the next trip.
