Perfect lakefront property to relax or celebrate that special occasion. This luxury lower level of a lakefront property with two bedrooms and two baths is perfect for two mature couples or a family with children. Pool Table. Private hot tub for two private pool and peleton ( bring your shoes). Dock (be aware the lake is lowered five feet for the winter making dock unreachable by boat and pool is closed down from November to March). Covered Patio. Dining table with a lake view seats four as well as three bar stools. All the amenities you expect plus the convenient location you will appreciate, quiet but just minutes from historic downtown and the Hot Springs bathhouses. 3 kayaks provided. Come enjoy the beautiful lake. Located on a quiet street with a fenced yard. Very private as owners are gone and are renting out the terrace level. 9' ceilings. Complete kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher. All the amenities you expect; WiFi, TV with Roku, quality furnishings, linens and cookware. Explore the lake and Hot Springs, this place is meant to be enjoyed. Come and enjoy this beautiful property!

My wife and I stayed two nights and loved every second of our stay! Wonderful views, the coffee bar, pool table, huge bath tub and separate showers, etc.More room than we needed but the location and pool and sitting areas were worth the money!! Would love to stay again with family next time!

Beautiful home with all the amenities possibilities! Small kids enjoyed it and so did we. My only issue was that the bottom of the two story property is what is rented out. The top is the owner and although they were not home, there is a door/stairs that connect the two. Unfortunately for me that made me feel a little uneasy at night and I should have read the house description better. But of course all went well and you can tell they put great thought and detail so you can have a great stay! Even had life jackets for the little ones! Loved that.

we had a minor thing happen right when we got there and the hosts were very attentive and got everything taken care of immediately. everything is so well thought out and every amenity makes the stay more enjoyable. we'd love to come back in the summer months because it was so beautiful in the winter

Absolutely wonderful!

My family and I had amazing memories made at this beautiful home! We came from Texarkana for a mini getaway and this place had it all. The host was very flexible with our needs for checking in and communication was easy and clear! Very clean, pool was amazing, our teens had fun on the kayaks, we hosted a family cookout and everyone enjoyed it. We had one small hiccup with the AC but the host was quick to call in for repair and it was fixed in no time. The property was close to all things Hot Springs. We will definitely stay again!

33rd wedding anniversary

We spent 3 nights here and it was wonderful. Home is lovely, but the outside is gorgeous. It was so peaceful. Even swam in the pool on May 2nd, it was a little on the cool side though. Would definitely go again.
