Ground floor: Open kitchen with dishwasher - coffee machine - microwave - electric cooker with extractor hood, large fridge with freezer, and everything in service.
There is also a heat pump in the house. The living room has a wood burning stove which can also be used as a fireplace. Dining room large dining table with 6 chairs and high chair, modern furnishings including satellite TV - radio - CD player - DVD - and safe. The electrical fuse cabinet is provided with automatic fuses. From the living room there is access to a partially covered terrace with garden furniture, and parasol.

On the grounds there is also a carport.
The leisure house is equipped with a system key, so that all locks can be opened with the same key.

Sehr sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, am Ende einer Sackgasse, mit riesigem Garten. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Man hört das Meer bei offenem Fenster rauschen. Wir waren jetzt schon vier mal dort im Zeitraum von 10 Jahren und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf Langeland mit Kindern

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und würden es jederzeit, insbesondere mit Kindern, weiterempfehlen. Die Fotos sind zutreffend was das Haus angeht, der Umgebung werden sie allerdings nicht gerecht. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, der ist dort in dieser kleinen Siedlung goldrichtig. Hier kann man die Kinder herumlaufen lassen, oder sie einfach nur auf der Wiese spielen lassen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was braucht und sogar noch mehr. Es ist auf jeden genug Platz für 6 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Babystuhl und Babybett sind vorhanden. Man muss nicht viel Kleidung mitbringen, denn man kann waschen und auch trocknen ( Trockner und Wäschleine ). Perfekt für Familien! Wir kommen wieder!

Het was een mooi huis middenin een heel bosrijk park waar de reeen nog over de paden lopen. Heel mooi en op 3 minuten lopen van de zee. Heerlijk strand en heel rustig. Echt een aanrader!

Schönes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Umgebung auf einem großen Naturgrundstück und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fünen bietet viele interessante Städte, die sehenswert sind: Svendborg, Faaborg, Odense. Man kann auch schöne Fahrradtouren in der näheren Umgebung machen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit großem Naturgrundstück

Das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und hat eine große Terrasse und einen Garten. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Auch der Außenbereich ist hervorragend von Sonnenliegen, Wäscheleine bis hin zum Grill. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar und sehr schön. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist dieses Ferienhaus zu empfehlen.

Super tolles Urlaubshaus

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine tolle Lage. In 2-3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir können gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf Langeland mit toller Umgebung

Dies war für uns der erste und bestimmt nicht der letzte Familienurlaub in Dänemark. Wir waren in allen Belangen sehr positiv überrascht. Knud ist ein sehr unkomplizierter, sehr freundlicher und entspannter Vermieter mit einem großen Herz für Hunde. Das Haus mit dem riesigem Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der herrliche Dünenstrand mit sehr ruhigem Wasser und flachen Einstieg ist fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in Humble ca. 4 km entfernt. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Nachsaison. Das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten, insbesondere die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten am schönsten Strand von Langeland! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und dieser war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus. Es liegt auf einem sehr schönen, großen Grundstück am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Auch im Außenbereich gibt es ausreichend Stühle, Liegen und Auflagen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Direkt in fußläufiger Entfernung ist ein wirklich schöner Strand, der sich wegen des flachen Wassers gut für kleine Kinder eignet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets promt und sehr freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Fussläufig zum Traumstrand, herrliche Lage

Das Ferienhaus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und einen großen Garten mit Hängematte zum Entspannen. In 2 Min zu Fuss ist man am herrlichen Naturstrand, der nie voll war. Eine sehr steile Treppe in den ersten Stock kann für Kleinkinder oder Erwachsene eine Schwierigkeit darstellen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
