The house is 212 square meters in size. Newly renovated in 2016 with a 16 square meter SPA bathroom.
Own Saltwater pool 10x3 m 1. 80 cm deep

Solar cells on the roof are looking for your electricity consumption to be cheaper than other houses and that there is also electricity if the electricity supply fails (often happens in Thailand). In addition, the water is also heated by solar energy. The house also has its own water treatment plant for cleaner water and less calcareous water.
2 large terraces with lounge furniture, dining table for 6 people. Gas grill by the roof terrace.
3 bedrooms with wardrobes, Luxury beds with bedside tables, alarm clock, TV / DVD all have en suite shower / WC.
In the Master bedroom there is soundbar and Apple TV as well as a professional Spinning bike, and the large bathroom has wall-mounted toilet, shower cabin 2 sinks, makeup mirror with light, bath scales and own SPA bath as well as washing machine and dry tumble.

Excellent, great value, wonderful Villa.
We spent a wonderful month at this fantastic villa. For the majority of our stay there were four of us with a third couple joining us for the last week, all family. The villa was exactly as described and contained absolutely everything we could need. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to dine in whenever we felt like it, which was not very often given the abundance of excellent restaurants in Hua Hin and its surrounds.
The local MACRO store was very convenient and sold just about everything we needed. Just a short drive/taxi ride away, the store issues a day visitor ticket. (Beware shops in Thailand are not allowed to sell alcohol between 1400 and 1700hrs)
Contact with the owner was easy and he responded promptly to our very few queries. In addition his Toyota car was available for hire at a very reasonable daily rate.
The only downfall of the property is that the pool does not have a shallow end which meant that my wife, who does not swim, was not able to make use of it. This should be considered by future guests with children or non swimmers.
I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and will certainly consider staying there again.

Bra om man kör bil eller moppe .
Bostaden underbar .Allt fanns vad du behövde ,tyvärr vad det svårt att ta sig ut,vi körde inte .Långt till hav och matställen och mataffär .Området va jättefint och människorna trevliga men alldeles för mycke vilda hundar utanför grinden .Alla va dåliga på engelska .

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich in einem Urlaub über eine längere Zeit erwartet. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Mit einem Motorscooter oder Taxi, kann man auch in wenigen Minuten, Restaurants und Geschäfte erreichen. Einen gro8en Makro Market, bei dem man alles was man braucht kaufen kann, erreicht man in 10 min. Der Strand in Hua Hin ist zwar nicht sehr schön, aber man kann weiter südlich schöne Plätze finden. Alles in allem war es ein schöner ruhiger Urlaub und wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen, wollen wir sicher wieder in diesem Haus wohnen.

Wonderful home in quiet area. Loved listening to the birds each morning as we ate breakfast.
This home is well appointed. Comfortable and inviting. The owner has full instructions for everything about the house. Only the TV was a bit confusing but staff on the property helped us out. Would stay there again.

The house is in a class 5 resort area. Quiet and calm , safe , family friendly . The area has large communal pool and gym
What makes this property unique
The house is self-sufficient in power solar cells on the roof. The falls flow out as it often does in Thailand , you will not notice it.
The house has its own water treatment plant so you do not have to buy water , as the water can be drunk straight from the tap
The house is newly renovated with great SPA bathroom
Want car, you also have the option to rent my 4 seat Toyota sports car has automatic transmission .
