Right in the heart of PCB, this condo is perfect for your vacation. This unit has everything you need to make your stay exceptional. This 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit easily accommodates 8 people. Located on the 4th floor this unit gives you the perfect view of the beach from your balcony or master bedroom! 2 Beach chairs included to make your stay relaxing on the sand. After a day on the beach, go out to eat or cook dinner in a fully equipped kitchen. Located in the Grandview East Condominiums

Due to enhanced Covid-19 cleanings, check in is 6:00pm and check out is 9:00am. We are also now requiring assumption of risk forms to be turned in before check in.

Nice unit 4th floor is just right.

Nice unit but noisey in front 2 bedrooms you can hear traffic all night. Great to stay on 4 th floor not to high not too low.

Awesome property. Unit 403 is as advertised. Gorgeous views, sugary sand, and great location

Great property! Clean, organized, easy living. Beach service was great, loved the location for fall break. Traffic was not an issue like the northern end. Easy to get around to restraints and shops. There were only two things that would have been better. New mattresses and a heated pool. I would totally rent this condo again if available.

Condo

It was a very nice condo but had a few things wrong. The listing online was not the same condo. Furniture and beds were different from online pics. We didn't know there was not a deadbolt so when I turned the inside knob, it left the condo unlocked all night and next day. You could just walk in without the code. The pillow cases, sheets, and towels had black marks on them. Also, there were alot of pillows but they were very poor quality and dirty. Master bathroom had not been cleaned well. Toilet had water lines in bowl and shower was not clean. All this to say, I would definitely stay in this condo again. It was big and nicely furnished. 4th floor view is amazing. Check in and out was very easy. Parking was good.

Great Affordable Condo

We had 8 people in our group with 1 of them being my 1 year old grandson. The Condo was very comfortable with plenty of room. Just a FYI the condo has had some updates as far as pictures, refrigerator, microwave, keurig and new coach and loveseat also the bedroom that is Gold colored walls does have a Bunk bed with bottom being full and top a twin.
