Newly built beachfront condo with wall to wall windows offer beautiful stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from the modern open concept dining room, living room, and kitchen, as well as the master bedroom. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from one of the two oceanfront balconies, just steps to the pool and beach. The 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room will provide you with everything you need to have a perfect vacation.

Building amenities include amazing pool area with heated infinity pool gym, splash pool, wading pool, jacuzzi hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Fully equipped gym with change room and saunas. Gated building with 24/7 security guard and concierge available to assist if needed. A masseuse can be booked on site. Parking available for one car.

Wonderful stay. This was our second time staying at Pearl Tower. Loved it so much we came back and brought our friends and their two teenagers. Enjoyed lots of beach walking. Very easy to catch the bus or a pulmonia to go to golden zone or wherever you like. Place was clean and comfortable.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation during Christmas in Pearl Tower. The condo was brand new, well equipped, plus the view was amazing. The pool and hot tub was perfect, and the beach was one of the best in the area. We didn't need to rent a car and were able to walk to nearby restaurants, or use Uber to get around. Definitely the highlight was watching amazing sunsets every night from the balcony while enjoying a beer or a margarita. Can't wait to go back to Mazatlan, would definitely stay here again.

Summer in March

On arrival we were greeted with seeing the infinity pool facing the ocean; stunning. Our condo was beautiful and comfortable. No hand towels or facecloths but sufficient beach/bath towels. The staff were most accommodating and the property common areas were maintained and cleaned constantly. On site gym open and welcoming. A safe and secure setting. Beautiful beach with miles of good surface for walking .We would certainly go back again - and again.

A location with potential

This is our second time at this location and we returned because we had a very nice first stay. We do have to say that this second time had room for improvement. We paid a cleaning fee and were disappointed that it was dirty upon arrival. The bed sheets were dirty with stains and hairs and the pillows were yellowed. There was visible sand and dust on the ground as well. We had to take time out of our trip to buy cleaning products to clean and new pillows just to feel comfortable. We also had to leave the water running for 3 hours since there is a sulfur type of smell from the water. Aside from that, we did enjoy the place because the location is great and the sunsets are amazing. Tacos escorpio is amazing and only a short walk from the condo. My only piece of advice for the homeowner is to make sure that the place is in cleaner condition for the next person that rents this location.

Great beach and modern, spacious condo.

A modern and spacious unit. Great location away from crowds. Vacationing here has never been easier with the luxury of Uber and grocery delivery. Amazing view of the ocean and pool from the 1st floor. Linens and towels were clean; bathroom floor and shower had leftover hair from the previous guest. Nice, spacious kitchen. Counted 9 frying pans, but missing were oven mitts, tea towels, mixing/serving bowls, a baking sheet, scissors, and a dish scrubber as the dishwasher requires dishes to be spotless going in. We ended up purchasing tea towels and a dish scrubber. The host is highly responsive and we agreed to disagree about toilet paper being included. Guests may want to pack a few rolls of TP or you may find yourself rationing it after the first day (despite it featured as an amenity and listed as “included with your stay” in the arrival guide). The weather was cooler than expected and we turned up the thermostat but nothing changed. Some extra blankets in the bedrooms would’ve been amazing. All in all, a great choice for a vacation rental. You just can’t beat the view and solitude of this unit. Thanks for everything, Laura. One additional note if you're bringing kids: they are not allowed in the 2 large hot tubs. This was a hassle for our stay as the main pool was cold, and the month of January was cool and windy. The “pool police” were very watchful, even when we were the only people in the pool area.

The condominium was really pretty but it was dirty, sand everywhere and spider webs, the common area of the condo did not have good AC, the water was stinky for the first 2 days of our stay and the first day the water was coming out with a dark color, one of the sinks was liking and my husband fixed it. The owner seemed very attentive at first but then it turned into harassment when he kept asking me how many people had stayed when he could clearly see us through the ring camera of his condo and it was exactly the people I said would stay. I was just very disappointed. To make things worse he charged me with an over usage of electricity and water fee, when most of the time we showered in the pool bathrooms so I don't know where this was coming from. Never in my years of traveling throughout the beaches in Mexico has this ever happened to me. I don't even pay $100 per week of electricity in my house in the US which is triple the size of this condo.

The condo is on the beach and the pool hot tubs and grounds are well kept. There are several walkable restaurants. Across the street is a place you can get fresh veggies and fruit as well as a small market on Fridays with a variety of items. There is waallmart and Sams club a short Uber ride away. The condo itself is nice beds are comfortable and amenities are adequate. We found only 1 tea towel and no mixing bowls or baking sheets although there were lots of frying pans. Check in was easy and staff at the condo very friendly. We would return and would recommend.

De Lujo!

El departamento está increíble, mucho mejor que en las fotos, si quieres pasar un rato agradable en familia no lo pienses más, nosotros éramos un grupo de 8 y las 3 habitaciones muy amplias, acceso a la alberca y playa, definitivamente un gran lugar para hospedarse y el contacto con Laura muy claro y puntual!

Much more peaceful than Mazatlan. Great walking trail nearby, nice beach for walking, and heated pool was wonderful for those dry, cooler Feb. days that only get into the low 70's at times.

We enjoyed our days in Mazatlan. Property is very comfortable. All indications were clear and communication was very good. We suffered a shortage of water the first day of our stay but staff reacted quickly and solved the problem within hours. Beach is beautiful and clean. Very recommendable.

Pearl Tower

Our family, 6 adults and 1 toddler stayed for a week at this property. It was wonderful! The condo was as described and spacious enough for all of us. It's modern, bright, clean and comfortable. There were a few household items missing but owner, Laura, was quick to respond, advise, and rectify. The pools were lovely and warm, the beach fantastic and the sea safe although there were big waves for body surfing too. The condo is north of the marina so away from old town and the golden zone - shopping, groceries and restaurants, but easily accessible by bus or uber. Altogether a great holiday!

Well Managed property. Would recommend to friends and family. Clean and personnel who worked there were very friendly and helpful. Our unit was very nice and had all useful things needed in kitchen. Pool was slightly chilly due to a part needed, apparently from owners there. On order. But could swim after temps. went up in afternoon. Baby loved the pool. Would go back again!!

Amazing vacation.

Fantastic experience

Our group of 3 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful time staying at this property. The apartment was lovely, clean, new, and spacious. The view of the sunset over the ocean from the balcony was a highlight. We spent hours in the pool, which was big and included several depths and areas for our group of young and older ages. Being right on the beach, with no road separating us from the beach, turned out to be great as we could move easily between pool and beach. The kitchen was well appointed so we were easily able to cook at the house. We also appreciated the warm and helpful building staff, who even went out of their way to help us hang a piñata on the property for our child’s birthday.

Amazing Home

This is the nicest home we have ever stayed at and the views were breathtaking. It is located away from the busy beaches and it feels like a private beach. The staff from the building were very nice and helpful. If we vacation again in Mazatlán we would definitely return to this home away from home.

Sin embargo buena atención de parte de la persona que renta que cuando escribimos siempre contestó en tiempo y forma.

Pearl Tower Paradise

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for 4 weeks. This listing is exactly as stated in the advertisement. The condo is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked sufficiently with all the tools, dishes and pots/pans . My only suggestion would be to add some wine glasses. The oceanview is spectacular! The location is perfect for long, quiet walks on the beach, yet it is an easy local bus ride to the busier Golden Zone and Centro. The property Manager Gil, security staff, and housekeeping staff were always so available, helpful, and super friendly. They would even help us carry all of our groceries to our suite. We really liked the combination door lock system. It was great not to have to worry about keys. The owner Laura, was very easy to work with. She responded quickly and efficiently to all of our emails. We would recommend this condo to all of our friends. It was excellent!

A wonderful condo and building for our family of 6!

We enjoyed our stay so much and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location and condo to anyone that loves a perfectly warm pool, a long beautiful quiet beach, and kind staff. Our 4 children range in ages from 20 down to 8 years old and the condo was such a great space to spread out when we were inside together. We have 4 coffee drinkers and so a normal size coffee pot would have been appreciated but we made due with the mini. And the only other wish was to have an extra couch as we have 6 people in our family. However, everything was truly wonderful. The 2nd level condo had a gorgeous view of the pool, beach, and ocean. The patio seating was my favorite spots in the morning to enjoy coffee with my husband before heading down to the pool and beach. My kids enjoyed both the pool and the ocean every single day. We are used to resorts and this condo was a perfect change for us as it was still close enough to take a bus, palmonia, or red truck to the Golden Zone or to Centro for food and shopping but it was so much quieter and peaceful. There were a few vendors but not many. We recommend eating at the taco stand across from the condo or Roy’s down at Cerritos. Laura was easy to connect with and very kind with any questions we had. We did not experience AC or hot water problems. Everyone in my family enjoyed Pearl Tower!

Large comfortable decorated nicel condo . The coffee maker was only a French press so we purchased our coffee maker....no big deal. Of the two couples two were partially disabled luckily the handicap parking spot very convenient.

The property is just as it is described and shown in the pictures. Great beds and fully equipped kitchen. Located in the northern part of Mazatlan with a beautiful beach front. Very close to the marina if you want to go fishing, walking distance to a convenience store, 5 minutes to Walmart, and 10-15 minutes away from the tourist area full of souvenir stores and restaurants. No problem getting taxis or Uber. Excellent security and service in the building. Laura was very easy to work with. No hiccups whatsoever. Fully recomendable.
