The condo was wonderful and the location perfect. Right on the beach and with great pools. There are several small restuarants close by that are convenient. The check-in process was a little hard because the people who work in the building dont speak much english but are very friendly. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Beautiful condo great location We have been vacationing in Mazatlan for years and staying in Zona Dorada (Golden Zone) which has become very busy and noisy, we decided to try the Cerritos area, we loved it, tranquil and peaceful still close to attractions, restaurants and shopping The condo is beachfront, very spacious and has a magnificent ocean view, one of the bedrooms is small but comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. The complex is very secured only allowing registered guests, very responsive host. Overall a relaxing vacation, we will rent this unit again next year, highly recommended.

Beautiful and relaxing corner of Mazatlán

We stayed here for the 2024 eclipse and had a great time. The condo was modern and clean, well furnished, and in a great location. The peninsula has a beautiful stretch of beach, far from the hustle and bustle of other areas of Mazatlán. If you want nightlife, then this place might not be for you, but for relaxation this condo is hard to beat. Nelly, our host, was very responsive and provided clear instructions and answers to our questions. Juanis, the housekeeper, exceeded our expectations by meeting us after 1am for check-in after an unfortunate flight delay, and by working with us to manage a late departure flight.

You are right, Peninsula is located in a very peaceful location in front of a beautiful uncrowded extensive sandy beach, still a short cab ride from night life, restaurants and other attractions of Mazatlan. A beautiful place with terrific views. The pictures are true to actual place. We enjoyed the pools and beach area - the views are terrific.We cooked multiple meals at the condo - and went to the beach and pools daily with our 4 adults and two grandchildren. We took a cab to the nearby Wal-Mart for provisions and cooked nost meals on site.Our host was responsive and quick to help with a couple minor problems when we were here.Beautiful beach - just the relaxed vacation we were hoping for.

Great vacation getaway!

The condo is huge with stunning views, the property is very nice with 2 large pools. There is a gas station just across from the property for light groceries, snacks and beer. A few restaurants within walking distance. Larger grocery stores and Walmart are about a 10 minute cab ride away ($100-$200 pesos). We had a party of 7 and there was more than enough room. We had a couple of minor issues which were addressed promptly by the host. All in all a lovely vacation!
