This single-level home sits on the western shores of Little Pond, offering guests unobstructed sunrise views on the lakefront. Take strolls to swim and kayak at Bristol Beach, a quarter-mile south, or Falmouth Heights Beach, half a mile southwest, and spend your evenings dining and cheering on the Falmouth Commodores in the center of town one mile west.

Begin each morning by flipping pancakes in the kitchen, then grab a fresh bathing suit from the laundry room and head out the door with your beach toys and towels. Come home each afternoon to rinse off in the outdoor shower, share a few photos on the free WiFi, and light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner with your loved ones outside.

Serenity Seaesta in Falmouth

Serenity Seaesta in Falmouth

Breathtaking and serenity-filled views right out the front windows and door. Quiet neighborhood that was in easy walking distance to the beaches in Falmouth. House was small and 4 adults are definitely the maximum occupancy with just one bathroom, but that was as advertised.Loved the location!

Peaceful beach cottage

This cottage is in a great location, right across from a quiet pond, where we watched 2 dozen swans every day. It is also an easy five minute walk to Falmouth Heights beach. We're already planning to return in future summers.

This home was the very best. The cleanliness was outstanding. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the linens helped make it that way. The outdoor shower was so handy as well as the washer and dryer. The location on Little Pond and walk to beaches made our stay very special. We hope to stay here again!

Cozy home with a perfect location

We did a quick weekend trip here - 2 adults and 2 kids. The house was perfect for us and we definitely appreciated the view of the pond and proximity to the ocean. The kids room is close quarters for tween/teen but it worked fine for us. All the amenities are there for you! Thanks!

Location was great, home good for two people. A couple maintenance fixes needed (tiles missing on bathroom floor and no way to close the second room door from inside - need to add a handle on the inside of the door/room). But overall very nice small cottage in a great location.

Charming house , quiet neighborhood. Able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the pond. Short walk to ocean. Close to ferries and downtown. First day no hot water but able to get fixed by end of the day. During course of week , had leaky iron replaced . Dishwasher had 3 buttons broken off so a little challenging trying to figure out buttons to push to get it to start. Vacuum cleaner not working. No broom or dustpan to use instead. Advertised as having washer/dryer, did not realize it would be down a bulkhead ! Had to carry laundry down narrow steps , no railing. Light did not work in basement so used flashlight to see control panel on washer / dryer! Advertised as having parking for second vehicle. We had a truck and barely fit in driveway. Not sure where second vehicle would have parked as no street parking! We liked the house/ location. Feel owners need to provide more info online re washer/ dryer situation and parking situation!

Nice stay, bad checkin and checkout experience

The home was nice and clean, however, checkin time was 4pm and the cleaners were still cleaning until 430pm. They were very surprised to see us there at 4pm. While this was annoying since we just had a long car ride with 2 toddlers, the real kicker was that the cleaners arrived at 940am on checkout day when checkout was 10am. Not a good customer service experience. Overall good stay, but be prepared to feel cheated on your rental time.

We had such a great time! The house is cute and has a great view. We loved watching the sunrise from the Adirondack chairs in the front. It was only a quick five minute walk to the beach, and The Main Street was very close. We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay. Cottage clean and functional. Couple ideas to make even better are to add couple beach chairs, bathroom shelves to put toiletries. Maybe full length wall Mirror in bedroom. Great location! Would recommend to others. Thank you !!

Comfortable home base for family of 4

This property was convenient to Falmouth and all its venues. Few minutes to a beach and 10-15min walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Comfortable, clean and cozy with blankets, towels, dishes and cutlery and plenty of TVs. I recommend this place!

View from Lawn is Legit

Wonderful, relaxing view from the lawn. All the appliances are new. Kitchen has everything. Central AC during the humid summer days is a god send. Get creative to use the patio, it's worth it. Walk to Bristol Beach is 0.2 miles, at a walking speed of 20 minutes per mile, that's a 5 minute walk worst case - great location!!

Great location and great view

The place is very small but perfect for our family of four as it has a comfortable king sized bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other. The real star of the property is the view and the proximity to a nice beach. Typically when I hear "it's a five minute walk to the beach" I automatically assume it's really a 15 minute walk. But this is literally a five minute walk to a really nice beach.

This is a very cute house overlooking the water. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed that aspect too. During our stay the weather was not the greatest so we did not get to enjoy sitting outside as much as we had hoped but we did some of the time. The house is comfortable and has all of the amenities needed (although note that there is no washer/dryer). It's a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to a place where you can put a kayak in to the inlet for kayaking there. If you're looking for a cosy and comfortable choice in this overall area I would recommend it. Small point also is that we had some trouble with the lockbox entry, the original key code we got did not work, but we called Vacasa for a backup and that worked fine.
