On the borders of the DORDOGNE, LIMOUSIN and the Pays de COGNAC, this former Logis is located in the heart of the PERIGORD LIMOUSIN NATURAL PARK and 2 steps from the great HAUTE CHARENTE LAKES (2 equipped beaches).
This bright Logis, equipped with central heating, overlooks a majestic park where tall remarkable trees stand. The park is fitted out (swings, tennis, table tennis, treehouses, badminton, river fishing.
You will also appreciate this completely renovated Logis for its spacious interior volumes, its panoramic view, its calm and its luminosity. It is ideal for couples, families and friends who want to share great moments together in an exceptional setting combining the atmosphere of yesteryear and the comfort of modern life. Most of our tenants tell us that their children have spent their time enjoying the large wooded areas of the park and are returning to visit the region.
Each bedroom has its own shower or bath, you will find all the necessary comfort there. The kitchen is also very well equipped so that nothing is missing in the preparation of large tables. CATHY, your Hostess, lives in the neighboring village and will be at your disposal to answer your requests.
In the village of MASSIGNAC (1km), you will find a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, medical office & nurses and a post office. You will also find several large supermarkets within 20 minutes by car.
A deposit of € 600 will be given upon arrival, by bank check or cash, upon delivery of the keys or by bank transfer, 5 days before arrival.

Central heating is not included in the rental cost (reason why the cost of the winter night is lower) and will be paid directly to the owner in proportion to consumption, on reading a meter volumetric.
