Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed with room AC, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area & has a fan, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with comfortable seating.
There is no assigned parking. There are 2 free overnight parking lots close by.

Perfect location!

This is perfect for one person or a couple. Location is awesome to walk to the beach, bay, coffee, restaurants, amusement park, etc. Loved everything about it and will try to rent it out every time I come to visit my son.

Loves the location close to the beach and bay. A completely walkable area. Restaurants and entertainment were easily accessible. On a rainy day, the condo was cozy and warm. Loved the had a hot water kettle for tea and cocoa.

Perfect place & great location

Very nice place and is close to everything Mission Beach has to offer. They only thing that could use a little improvement would be the shower head. The water pressure was too low or possibly switch to a hand held shower head?

Had a nice time.

The property manager was very responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation for my daughter’s 25th birthday. It’s in a great location. We were able to walk or take a short Uber ride to go do everything we wanted. The place itself was nice & clean. Being in the lower unit & we did hear the guests above us. Other than that, no complaints.

Location is everything!

I enjoyed this property. The location was top-notch, which was certainly its greatest asset, especially for the price! It was so close to the bay and ocean, near shops, etc. The property itself was plenty spacious. It was as clearly an older property that has been updated, and, perhaps a product of being near the water, it was a bit musty. I ended up having quite a few questions throughout my stay, and the hosts were gracious and prompt in answering them. All in all, it was a good experience for my son and me!

Austin and Vinita's place was perfect. Clean and comfortable. It's at a great location, as it was walking distance to the beach or the harbor. To top it off, Vinita was very responsive and helpful!

This condo was the perfect size & perfect location for our time in San Diego. Loved that you get Starbucks, food, drinks or even a Lyft within walking distance. We alwats felt safe as well.Austin was great at communication from the beginning. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little beach cottage

We loved this adorable condo! Steps from the bay and mission beach, easy walk to pacific beach and wonderfully updated interior. Modern & spacious inside with a lovely courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. Great communication from Vinita & easy check in—we will be back:)

We had the neighbors Mustang to get around and parking a rental car in the lot we were told to park in was questionable and kinda a hassle.
