Featuring 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed with room AC, 1 bathroom, comfortable seating in the living area & has a fan, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to prepare a gourmet meal + Separate dining area with comfortable seating.
There is no assigned parking. There are 2 free overnight parking lots close by.
Upstairs unit is also a vacation rental.

The place was amazing! We loved our stay very conveniently close to everything. The parking was a bit tricky for the most part, but we just parked where they said was convenient, which was Ventura Cove public parking for overnight.

Spacious and cozy and nicely furnished, this cute little apt is only 2 blocks walk from the beach. They supplied beach chairs and umbrella, street parking was plentiful nearbyAustin and Vinita are super responsive and helpful. We walked to many eateries nearby and didn’t hear a thing at night, as the location was off the busy path. I would definitely book here again!

Exactly as described. Check-in was as easy as could be. The property was clean and cozy. Location was right in the heart of the action while still easy to get out of the Mission Bay area. Across the street from the beach. The bike rental spot on the same street made it super easy to bike the boardwalk. Would recommend and book this spot again!
