Very more comfortable stay!

We stayed in August and September 2018 for two weeks in the cottage. The house is not new however in a very well maintained condition. The bathrooms and kitchen are revoviert and in good condition. The pool is behind the house and very private, it is surrounded by trees so it has to be cleaned temporarily with the net. The location of the house is very good, at night it is very quiet and supermarkets, beaches, restaurants etc are in the immediate vicinity. We would, at this fair price, spend any time again in the house holiday.

Très joli coin. Tout conforme à l annonce. Très calme. Accès rapide à Moraira, Calp. Denia, Alicante et Benidorm pas loin. ALDI LIDL MERCADONIA pas loin pour faire les courses. Quelques marchés locaux.De petits restaurants alentours très sympa.La maison est bien équipée. Reponse rapide de la propriétaire très appréciée.Si nous devions indiquer quelques "bémols", qui ne nous ont pas empechés d apprécier le sejour:- climatisation dans les chambres mais pas dans le salon ni salle à manger. Nous evitions d ouvrir les fenêtres car le jardin étant très arboré (magnifique!) cela attire pas mal de moustiques et autres insectes.Il y a bien un ventilateur au plafond du salon mais très insuffisant lors des fortes chaleurs au mois d août.- quelques escaliers pour accéder à la maison ( ce qui pourrait être un point bloquant pour une personne à mobilité reduite ( personne agee, en fauteuil...)- conducteur averti pour circuler sur les routes sinueuses à flan de collines! Paysage magnifique également.- feuilles, épines de l'arbre surplombant la piscine tombaient dans la piscine, et donc il fallait très régulièrement utiliser l epuisette pour ramasser ce qui tombait dans l eau.- le jardin n est pas plat/spacieux et ne permet pas aux enfants de jouer au foot par exempleRavis de notre sejour - nous recommandons cette location.

Die Finca hat genau dem entsprochen, was wir uns erwartet haben. Sie ist eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Es gibt zahrleiche Sitzgelegenheiten, um die Ruhe zu genießen. Der komplette Ablauf war reibungslos, von der Buchung bis hin zum Empfang vor Ort. Die Gegend hat viel zu bieten, kleine Calas zum Baden, Calpe und Moraira zum Essen gehen. Wir hätten gut noch einige Tage länger in der Finca verweilen können.

Para no repetir

Mala relación calidad/precio. El jardín está abandonado. Muchos mosquitos y también ratas en la parcela. No hay mosquiteras en todas las ventanas y algunas están rotas por lo que no se puede abrir y hace mucho calor en la casa. Por contra, bonitas vistas y buena comunicación con la propietaria, pero para el precio de la casa dado su mal estado no compensa.

Des boissons fraîches à disposition en arrivant après un long périple de 1600 km, une piscine magnifique assorti d'un superbe petit coin à l'ombre toujours agréable étant donné la chaleur d'un mois de juillet/août et le tout dans une maison super bien équipée dans un secteur géographique paradisiaque. Que demander de mieux ! Nous y retournerons.

Quelle maison agréable. Nous avons déjà passé deux séjours à différentes saisons et à chaque fois notre impression est résumée en deux mots "calme et pratique" Calme avec son coin piscine, son jardin extraordinaire et le solarium pour des apéros au coucher du soleil" Pratique par son emplacement à deux pas de la plage et de bénissa mais surtout par la disposition des pièces En plus les propriétaires font tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. Je recommande et J y retournerai assurément

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances grâce à vous, la maison est exactement comme sur les photos, aucune surprise à notre arrivée!!! la piscine etait formidable, le jardin typiquement meditareneen était superbement bien agencé, le figues et les figues de barbarie étaient délicieuses!!! une sieste sous les sapin en face de la piscine bercé par les chants des oiseaux.....un pur bonheur !!! je conseillerai cette maison à toutes les persones qui cherchent le calme et la quietude! la ville de benissa est à 5mn en voiture, de très belles plages vous attendent, l'hyper marché est même visible de la maison. la ville de Moraira est à 10mn en voiture, excellent choix pour faire un tour au port et profiter de la gastronomie local, les shops de souvenir et autres sont un vrais plaisir pour les sorties nocturnes, les enfants peuvent même profiter du parc d'attraction . je recommande cette location à tout ceux qui cherche le calme la quiétude et le plaisir de passer des vacances exceptionnelles!!!

Une maison très accueillante

Maison très accueillante, très pratique et très calme, on se sent vite chez soi. La piscine est un bonheur quelque soit l'heure où l'on veut en profiter, le solarium idéal le soir pour l'apéro. Les accès plage, supermarché et marché sont très rapides. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances très reposantes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et bien profité de la piscine. La mer est encore un peu froide... Belle maison bien équipée. un seul bémol, difficile à trouver sans GPS.... mais une rue calme cela se mérite !
