It has furniture that seats 6 comfortably and has its own acrylic dishware, a Roku TV, Visio soundbar, and beverage refrigerator. Gas grill is located on Front Deck. Designated “Smoking Area” with bistro chairs and table located on Front Deck. Stocked Laundry Room with a full-sized washer and dryer is located off the Kitchen. The larger of the 2 swimming pools is "heated" and is located next to this condo building (a 2-minute or less walk) with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, shady areas, and restrooms. Clubhouse contains vending machines, an exercise room with new equipment, and a reading room. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, walking trail, Lakeside promenade, and play area for kids located in complex within easy walking distance.
