Gorgeous Main Channel Lakefront Condo at Regatta Bay.

Our lakefront condo is located at Regatta Bay right off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway. It offers one of the best views at the lake. The fully screened in 30 foot balcony overlooks the main channel at the 12 mile marker. Don't forget to bring your binoculars! The porch has porcelain tile, a rocker, a porch swing, and rod-iron table and chairs. In-doors, you will find a decorated 1500 plus square foot living area. Upgrades include carpeting, porcelain tile floors, countertops and faucets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, light fixtures, furniture and accessories. View the lake while resting in the master bedroom, eating in the dining room, cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. All bed and bath linens are included. Please bring your own swimming towels and toiletries. For more information you can call us or go to our website or click on the link below. NO CLEANING FEES. TAXES ARE INCLUDED. NO PETS. NO EVENTS. Boat slip not included.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
In the summer, set the air conditioner thermostat to 80 degrees. In the winter, set the heat thermostat to 55 degrees.
Have dishwasher ran and emptied before leaving. Turn main water lever off at sign in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum 3 night stay for holiday weekends. Quiet hours enforced. Binder in condo includes complex's rules/regulations. Renters responsible for fines.

We have stayed here before and the location is great! The patio and view are wonderful and we were lucky to see a couple of different firework shows last night! The owner is quick to respond and helped us get a slip for the boat while staying!

Very happy with this condo. Everything was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Condo is close to both pools, and they were very clean. Playground for the small grandkids was just what we needed. Highly recommend and hope to rent it again.
