Great condo!

This is our second time staying in this condo for our annual girls weekend getaway. This condo is very clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. We love the screened in porch and close location to the pool. Definitely recommend!

Super location

Our condo was clean, well stocked and had a great view of the lake. We overlooked the pool but it was not noisy at all. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect week getaway

Condo was perfect for 2 adults and 5 children. The view was even better than described in description. Enjoyed all our evenings on the deck watching the boats. Great location and easy to get to most attractions ozarks has to offer. Will definitely be back again!

Beautiful condo with great view of Lake

The owner has made lovely updates to the condo. If you like to vacation in a "HGTV" decorated home with easy access to one of the two pools on the property, this is the place. The screened in back porch is a bonus place for breakfast in the morning and lovely views of the lake or pool. Very enjoyable place.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Condo is excellent. Whole process of booking and checking in was a breeze. I would address the ceiling fans though, as they’re getting worn out and noisy.

Good with some issues

We’ve stayed at Regatta Bay before but not this unit. Unit was fine but there were a few issues of concern. The water heater circuit breaker would randomly trip which resulted in a couple of cold showers. The outside deck portion was off limits. And the walk to the boat slip was not a walk but a drive if carrying items to your boat. Unit as a whole was decorated nicely and certainly met our needs. The host was communicative in regards to the boat slip.

We loved the layout which gave the three bedrooms good privacy. The view of the lake was great and you could see the pool from the screened in porch which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again.

Iowa & Arkansas meet in the Middle

Wonderful place for a 3 couple long weekend! The view was terrific, amenities just as described! We will definitely be back and hope we can find a 2nd unit for additional friends next year!

This has been a great unit for us. It is over the main waterfront pool with a large area covered for just relaxing out of the sun.

Why they chose this property

This complex is more amenties than most condo complexes, swim platform in the lake,
tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball hoop. A large gazebo for your use and a very large green area for childrens play and a great lake view.

What makes this property unique

Playground for children, gazebo for large family reunions with charcoal grill, tables and chairs. Swim platform in the lake next to the docks. Lots of green area for the children to play and it also has a great view of the Lake.
