The apartment was great - a nice big bedroom along with a spacious 'great room'. Location was quiet, nice walking path right across the street, easy access to downtown Bozeman. Just great all the way around.
Montana cabin feel close to trails and town, yet far enough away from the bustle to be a restoring retreat. Highly recommend staying in this comfy "feels like home" property. Clean and cozy.
Lovely setting. Comfortable couch and bed. Perfect amenities. (Coffee and treats were a sweet bonus touch.) Great little getaway near MSU campus. Perfect during my son’s orientation.
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Beautiful, clean, well stocked with everything you would need and more. Access to trails, close to town, and the most beautiful scenery right outside your front door. I hope we can return soon.

Amazing property!
Our stay could not have been more perfect! The unit exceeded expectations and the landscape of the property was stunning. Anew and Denver provided stellar communication throughout the process of booking and traveling to the unit. I’ve stayed in 20+ vacation rentals in N America and this property is in my top 3. I hope to come back soon!

Very nice rental
This is a great place to stay while in Bozeman. Our daughter is now a freshman at MSU, and we'll stay here exclusively while visiting her. The unit is spacious, very clean, very comfortable, and decorated nicely. The feel is of being in the country, yet it's just a few minutes from the college and downtown. The hosts are very accommodating, really seem to care that their guests are taken care of. A nice walking path right across the street is a bonus. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook meals. Don't bother with a hotel, stay here instead.!

Thank you for your review. We enjoyed having you with us and hope your daughter enjoys MSU. We look forward to your return!
Beautifully landscaped property on a large corner lot with trees, pond and the occasional deer. Basement rental with a walkout and plenty of windows to keep it light and bright. Furnished comfortably and artistically. Across the street from trails. Would recommend replacing shower head and toilet which sits very low.
One of the most beautiful places we have stayed.
This was first trip to Bozeman, and we didn’t know what to expect. Approaching the park-like green space of the property, we were greeted by Denver, our host. He helped us with the coded entry and shared his recommendations for “Wild Crumbs” bakery, for what proved to be out-of-this-world pastries in the morning. The woodsy cabin-like interior featured a modern, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy living area, and bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed. The floor coverings were a delight to our bare feet. The bathroom and shower were modern and restorative. The decor reflected an active outdoor Montana sensibility, with framed camerawork from Denver’s years photographing wildlife in Africa.
Denver and Ann put together an invaluable “Welcome folder,” with savvy suggestions for hiking and other activities, as well as a guide to local dining.
We headed home after a too-short three night stay, regretting having to leave. I can’t imagine a better, more hospitable base from which to explore the many attractions of Bozeman.
Wonderful Property.. Clean, Quite, and close to everything. Will be sure to stay hear again. loved that it had a washer and dryer, after camping and being on the road for two weeks.
The property was neat, clean and stocked with very thoughtful amenities (coffee, continental breakfast for our first morning, lotions, shampoos, bug spray, sunscreen, etc.) There are several hiking paths within walking distance of the property. The scenery was spectacular and we enjoyed nice visits with Denver by the pond.
Spacious apartment in private country-like setting. The apartment was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The mattresses and pillows were high quality and comfortable. The setting is beautiful and is only a short drive from everything you need in Bozeman. This was a lovely place to stay.
Beautiful place that feels secluded but is just a short drive to MSU and downtown
Best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. Everything from sunscreen and bug spray to a carton of cream in the fridge for coffee. Property is just as gorgeous as described.
breakfast on the platform overlooking the pond was a great day to start the day and drinks in the evening at the same spot was a perfect ending.
accommodations exceeded expectations
The property and location are 5 star quality. I enjoyed the amenities, I had a hard time adjusting the heater. I couldn't. The heater has a passcode and timer so it was very cold inside the location. Never warmed up.
Wasn't there much was busy enjoying Bozeman. I will stay at this location again in the near future. Great choice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pond, ducks, geese, heron, and jumping trout!
Totally enjoyable!

About the host
Hosted by Meagan
We built this home at the beginning of our marriage. Both avid world travelers for work and adventure, we decided to open our home to kindred spirits. We are in a unique setting with beautiful pond and mountain views, and surrounded by parkland while still being close to downtown Bozeman. We enjoy the outdoors and look forward to sharing our love of Montana with our visitors.
Why they chose this property
This property chose us! It was a vacant lot for many years until Denver purchased it and we built our home here. It is close enough to town and also to a vast trail system that we use every day for walking our dogs, riding bikes, running and walking with friends. It is a great meeting place for birders, bikers, hikers and neighbors you know and have not yet met.
