A Wonderful and Unforgettable Experience
It was perfect for us, a party of three with one mobility impaired member. The layout and size were perfect: One step entry to unit, 2nd bdrm to right of entry and adjacent to main bathroom. Left of entry: the galley kitchen partially open to combined living/dining area and master bdrm suite on left. The unit was fully equipped, tastefully decorated and uncluttered. Every room was easily accessible for my sister who used a hemi-walker in the apartment. Master walk-in shower. No carpeting! Easy maintenance laminate and tile flooring. Plus, a nicely decorated and furnished but uncluttered lanai and patio area outside. Location, Location, Location. I walked to the Downtown Dunedin marina nearly every day and had great views of dolphins more than once. The many walkways through out the condo complex made getting around outside without assistance in her wheelchair a regular activity for my sister. David and Ginny were really great hosts: a renter's guide, manuals for all appliances and electronics, information on things to do and see. The neighbors were very friendly. We'll miss Ursula, Terry, Mike, Karen, and Sharon with maintenance who gave us tips on where to fish.
