About this property

Charming new construction cottage with all the upgrades nestled in the woods with lake access. Enjoy the privacy of the woods and the convenience of a 3 minute walk or 1 minute golf-cart ride to the private, shared dock. Rental includes access to one covered boat slip, with electricity, on new dock with swim up bench. It is located in a bay that is perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Rental also includes access to an indoor bathroom just off the dock for convenience. Neighborhood roads are privately maintained and great for walks or golf cart rides to get closer to nature. Tugaloo State Park is less than 2 miles from our property and has numerous trails for serious hikers. Kayaks, paddle boards and a golf-cart are provided by owner. Pontoon boats are available to rent at a nearby marina.

Great place and better hosts

The place we stayed at was a cute 2 bedroom house with a loft. They supplied a golf cart for riding around the community and going to the dock and lake. Everything was impeccable and the location was peaceful. We took advantage of the fire pit and I did some fishing from the dock. Beautiful view of the lake from the dock. We had an issue with the coffee make and it was replaced in 10 minutes. Great service. I recommend this getaway to anyone.
