Such a pleasant stay!

We had a wonderful time at Barcelonnette, the chalet was exactly as described and our host were kind and helpful. No issues with privacy, as it felt like we had everything for ourselves. Thank you, we hope to see you again!

Excellent location and property.

Serge and Francois have created a little paradise in Barcelonnette. The property gardens and pool area and immaculate. You wouldn’t have a clue that the owners are around as they are very discreet. The walk into town is about 20 minutes. My youngest is 10 and we did this most nights and was easy. A safe river path no cars most of the way. Plenty to do in a around the area. From rafting and walk boarding at the lac in Jausiers. We had a great time and the property is excellent value for money. Great for older kids and teenagers as a mix of lazy pool days and activities. We flew into Turin and although a 3 hour drive the roads are great and clear. Our eldest 2 bussed from nice where they were already and it was cheap and reliable for them to reach us. Great family stay. Loads of room in property with 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 bigger kids. Would definitely return with all the crew.

Bel hebergement, propre et dans un environnement agréable. La route qui passe devant le chalet est toutefois tres fréquentée et assez bruyante mais l'orientation du logement atténue les nuisances sonores.Sejour et cuisine un peu petits pour 7 personnes mais globalement nous sommes tres satisfaits .Hotes sympathiques et à l'ecoute

Un petit coin de paradis

Très belle maison, fonctionnelle avec tous les équipements et toutes les commodités, proche du centre-ville. La piscine privée bien équipée est appréciable et agréable pour le calme et la détente. Un grand merci à Françoise et Serge pour leur gentillesse, accueil, disponibilité et discrétion. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Super locatie, eigenaars zijn perfecte gastvrouw en gastheer,

WiFi kan beter, vermoedelijk helpt een versterker erbij in de woning. Dit is het enige verbeterpunt. We hebben genoten van zwembad en bbq. Zwembad werd dagelijks ‘schoongemaakt’ . Je kunt je niet beter wensen.

Wonderful stay in a fantastic apartment

We had a great week staying at the property. There is plenty of space inside the apartment and a huge amount outside. We are a family of 6 with boys aged 6-12 and at no point did we feel the space was too small. Some people have commented on the fact the owners live in the remainder of the chalet but they were completely unobtrusive and left us to our own means for the week. The pool was a great size and what we really enjoyed was the traffic free cycle into the town alongside the river. We would have no hesitation in returning again.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, la vue sur le chapeau du gendarme et le pain de sucre est un plus, ainsi que le jardin où nous avons pu passer d’agréable moments pour déjeuner ou jouer au badmington. Une mention spéciale pour nos hotes qui étaient très accueillants.
