Large chalet for 8 people with all the comforts, an quipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, ample space for children, a fancy and typical mountain decoration, 2 bathrooms, a game room (ping pong, football), fireplace, large land fenced in with trees, and sunny terrace. At 20 minutes from the Val D'Allos station linked to Praloup, close to Mercantour (Lake D'Allos) ideal for winter skiing or walking in summer. A €1000 deposit is required and not cashed in case of damage. Pets allowed under certain conditions / cleaning fees can be discussed. The rate includes a heating system during winter / price to be discussed outside of holiday periods / rates can also be discussed in summer, when heating is not needed.

Sérénité pour l été à la montagne

Un petit chemin mène du chalet au vieux village de Villars Colmars et aux petits commerce. Le chalet est donc au calme mais proche des activités et des promenades à réaliser en famille. Nous partons avec l envie de revenir dans le Val d Allos.

Bon compromis

C'est un grand chalet fidèle à la description sauf pour l'accès. Il faut descendre une grande pente dans le jardin ou monter une volée d'escaliers en pierre, plus des escaliers pour arriver au palier principal. A déconseiller avec de jeunes enfants ou des personnes agées. L'ameublement et les prestations sont super. Que ce soit le linge, la vaisselle ou les jeux, il y a de tout. Deux bémols, la télévision par satellite fonctionne quand elle veut et la puissance électrique du chalet n'est pas suffisantte. Dès que l'on met le lave vaisselle et les chauffages, tout saute. Grand plus, la salle en sous-sol avec ping-pong, baby-foot, des luges, appareils raclette et fondue et buanderie ! Ca a été un très bon séjour en famille.

Fantastic for a large family or group of friends

We stayed in the chalet in January 2017. Situated in a quiet location within walking distance to local shop, and 15 minutes drive to a very quaint familial ski resort .It was great to experience the real French experience : family friendly small resort ,great restaurants... The chalet itself is very large ,comfortable and beautifully decorated . Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen . Large fireplace in the dining room . Plenty board games, Highly recommended . Great value for money ! We will come back .... in the summertime for hillwalking or autumn for mushroom picking... Mireille Sweeney .Ireland

Chalet magnifique très spacieux avec tout le confort souhaité, électroménager cheminée vue imprenable et une petite salle de jeux pour toute la famille. Petit village au coeur de la montagne très accueillant. Station de ski a 15min et promenades a deux pas de chez vous. Un séjour fantastique avec une décoration digne du nom que vous portez. Notre famille a passé un agréable séjour à Villars, un grand bol d'air pure pour tous ! Ce chalet grand et très bien équipé (draps fournis, machine à laver, fléchette ...), nous a séduit tant par la vue que par le charme intérieur. Vaste jardin où les enfants se sont régalés. Rien à redire, super vacances à la montagne. Nous reviendrons et un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité.

QUE DU BONHEUR!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison familiale. Celle ci est très spacieuse et très bien équipée, jeux de société, livres, ping-pong, matériel de cuisine, cheminée, rien ne manque. Petit plus les draps sont fournis ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations de vacances. La description du chalet est vraiment conforme à la réalité. C'est une maison dans laquelle on se sent bien et le contact avec les propriétaires a été très sympa. Pour les amoureux de la nature il y a beaucoup de balades à faire dans les environs. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés. VéroniqueB

Super séjour !

Accueil très chaleureux dans cette superbe maison familiale, très bien équipée, où nous avons bien profité des jeux de société, babyfoot, ping-pong et de sa belle terrasse avec vue imprenable ! Les bons conseils avisés pour les randos nous ont permis de découvrir cette belle région et approcher au plus près les marmottes, chamois, bouquetins... Le site médiéval de Colmar et de son musée juste à côté méritent la visite. De nombreuses activités pour tous sont à proximité. Que du bonheur donc à partager en famille !!!
