Our son and daughter-in-law got engaged here and ultimately decided to move here from the San Francisco Bay area. So, after we retired, we decided to invest in this elegant 2 BR, 2 BA condo with its expansive ocean views. It has everything for an awesome vacation!

This #110 condo in the Kuhio Shores complex is in a perfect location. Walk out the door of this ground floor unit, onto manicured grass, and directly on to the ocean and two small beaches. Poipu Beach (ranked best beach in America by the Travel Channel) is a short stroll away The renowned Beach House restaurant ***** (ranked as one of the most romantic restaurants in Hawaii by the Travel Network) is adjacent to the complex. Also, an outdoor mall only 2 blocks away, has many restaurants and shopping. Newly remodeled and redecorated, this no-smoking unit has NEW CENTRAL A/C, an exceptionally equipped kitchen, granite counters, all new stainless-steel appliances, tile floors, and a barbecue area provided by the Kuhio Shores complex. Don’t forget to look for the sea turtles and whales!!
