Our Private, 4-level home provides picturesque panoramic views of Nashville from the 700 square foot rooftop living space. This will soon become your favorite oasis in the house. The rooftop boasts a full kitchen along with a gas fire pit encircled by some of the most comfortable Restoration Hardware outdoor furniture you'll ever enjoy. While nestled by the fire pit, you and your friends can take in the views with great conversation or you can watch your favorite sporting event or romantic comedy on the outdoor TV.

The main living and dining room areas are designed for conversation and entertainment. You can gather around the gourmet kitchen while a local chef cooks you a delightful dinner that you can then enjoy at the massive 12 foot dining room table.

Once you're done, you can take a short walk or Uber to the Gulch to enjoy live music and great southern libations. Or if you're ready to put the cowboy boots on and honky tonk, then you're just a 5 minute/1 mile Uber ride away.

The main entrance is just a few steps up from the street. To the left of the front door, the first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with luxury linens, 55” smart TV, and hardwood floors, as well as a tiled en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Straight ahead is the door to the garage, where you can also enter the home, with parking for two vehicles.

Following the stairs up, you immediately enter into the modern dining room adorned with a dramatic Restoration Hardware chandelier with seating for 10.

The kitchen is just next the dining room, featuring a large island with built-in sink and dishwasher, lined with bar stool seating for 4. The Quartz counter tops are nestled between stainless steel appliances, topped with a gas range and Nespresso VertuoLine coffee machine & 12 cup coffee maker.

The kitchen opens up to a spacious living room where you all can easily gather around the 65” smart tv for a movie night. Access to the balcony here gives you just a taste of the rooftop view. Living room also has a full size murphy bed with luxury linens and a full-bath just off the dining area with a shower.

As you arrive on the third floor, you'll see the second bedroom with a queen-size bed with luxury linens and a 55" smart TV that also has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. A closet just outside this bedroom houses a washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom is down the hallway with a queen-size bed with luxury linens , 65” smart TV, full size desk and private balcony overlooking downtown. The en suite bathroom includes a separate door for the toilet, double sinks, a glass shower, and a deep soaking tub.

A final set of stairs leads to the 4th floor rooftop living area which has a gas fire pit encircled with a comfy Restoration Hardware couch and swivel chairs, and a breathtaking view of downtown. It also has a refrigerator, gas grill, sink and trash can. If you're looking to get your tan on, you can layout on one of the loungers overlooking downtown. This space will be your favorite place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end your day with watching a movie.

To access the rental during your stay you will receive a unique code. No need to worry about keeping up with a key. For our guest's protection, our property has a security camera on the rooftop, outside the front door, and in the garage.
