The description indicates a 4 min walk to Broadway, it may be 4 mins to a specific portion of Broadway but not the heart of Broadway, which is a much longer walk up hill! Overall the property was clean in a newer renovated area of Germantown with easy access to lots of things to do in Nashville! We would definitely rent this property again.

The house was beautiful and spotless, very roomy! Broadway was too far to walk to, but we took Uber's which were plentiful. There was no bar or restaurant on the property as stated in the VRBO listing. The Host was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
