This condo sleeps up to six adults and boasts views of downtown and midtown. The historic 1900s building was initially part of the land that housed President James K. Polk’s mansions. Today, turn-of-the-century details like stained glass and an eclectic old-fashioned elevator give this building its unique style.
Located within a short walk to Lower Broadway, the Ryman, TPAC, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame, Nissan Stadium, First Tennessee Park, hundreds of restaurants and more. Or, a cheap Lyft or Uber to anywhere else in town you want to explore.
ABOUT THE CONDO
This fourth-floor unit includes expansive views of midtown and downtown Nashville. Start your day with a cup of coffee in the spacious living room and watch your favorite show on a 50” TV. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping options for your group.
Before heading out for a day of Nashville fun, whip up breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen, featuring plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils.
End your evenings in the tranquil master bedroom. Stretch out on the king bed and watch your favorite shows on the 32” TV. Or, curl up with a good book in the reading chair. The master bedroom also offers a walk-in closet.
Down the hall, you’ll find a convenient bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second stylish bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed as well as a tall chest of drawers and a luggage rack to stow your belongings out of the way. This bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer.
THE LOCATION
Emjoy the vibrant culture of Nashville, packed with history, live music, and excellent food wherever you turn. Walk just a quarter-mile to Capitol Hill and tour historic monuments. Or, see a show at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center or War Memorial Auditorium.
Less than a mile away lies the Country Music Hall of Fame, Music City Center (our convention center), and Lower Broadway with all of the famous honky tonks. Head to any of the hundreds of nearby restaurants: Deacon’s, Mile End Deli, Woolworth on 5th, Puckett’s, Morton’s Steakhouse, Little Fib, Etch, and the Capitol Grille, to name a few -- for delicious bites and live music nearly every night.
OF NOTE
The condo is generally quiet, but because it is located downtown, there may be some noises associated with being in the heart of the city.
