Nashville Niche

We absolutely love visiting Nashville. This trip we ventured from hotels to this cozy condo! Highly recommend. Great location, amenities were spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed the walk to Broadway! Shout out to Kim for being a wonderful host!

Nice Place to Relax

The view of the river was awesome. It is right in between Germantown and Broadway our favorite parts of Nashville. The construction was a bit of a pain and the streets were not all well lit to get to and from those locations. Otherwise a great place to stay. The thin ceilings were a bit of a problem but not terribly bad. We turned the fan on and drowned out most of the footsteps from above. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome! Location, the river view! The building was older and we were on the 2nd floor so we could hear the people above us walking around, but really wasn’t bad at all!

Bringing my son

Kim is fantastic to communicate with, takes pride in her property. This place was everything we needed. It is a 15 minute walk along the river to Broadway St, where the action is. Take Uber home tho after dark. Beds are very comfortable and the space is plenty. It is decorated beautifully.

Great Condo

Very nice, clean, well-stocked condo. The view of the riverr at night is beautiful. We were a party of two couples and there was plenty of room. Communication with the owner was extraordinary with all questions answered and she was extremely accomodating. Wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again!
